Als ein Studentenheim von StudierendeWerk Bremen ist es sehr günstig und sicher. Zwar kann man sich mit dem Vertrag in der Stadt Bremen anmelden. Zum Hbf dauert es ca. 20 Minuten per Tram und es gibt 4 Supermärkte und zwar noch Rossmann und DM in 5 bis 10 min Fußwege. Zur Uni Bremen mit Fahrrad 10 Min und zur Hochschule Bremen 25 Min mit Tram sind erreichbar.
The room is only available for registered students in an university in Bremen and located in the living park Luisental 29a, a very quiet area of the city near Botanik park with fresh air. As a dormitory of StudierendeWerk Bremen, it is very economic and safe. Also you can register in the city bureau. To the main railway station it takes about 20 minutes by tram and there are 4 supermarkets and also Rossmann and DM in 5 to 10 min walking distance. To the University of Bremen by bike 10 min and to the University of Bremen 25 min by tram are reachable.
