Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof gelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Es ist gemütlich, hat eine perfekte Größe für Studenten und ist voll eingerichtet (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, kleiner Tisch, Bett+Matraze). Da ich zurück in meine eigene Wohnung ziehe, möchte ich das Zimmer auch nur mit den Möbeln abgeben (200,-).
The room is loated to the backyard and therefore is really quite. It is cosy and has the perfect size for students. It is completely furnished (desk, chair, drawer, closet, small table, bed+mattress). As I will move back to my own apartment I just wanna find someone who also takes the furniture (200,-).
Das Haus hat eine super Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei den Bussen 26 und 27 u.a. und an der Straßenbahn 4. Der Werdersee ist fast um die Ecke und ein Lidl ebenso. Zur Hochschule braucht man etwa 10 Minuten mit der 4.
The house has a great location. In just some minutes you reach the busses 26 and 27 and the tram number 4. The Werdersee is almost around the corner as well as a supermarket (LIDL). To the Hochschule it takes just 10 minutes by tram.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin zum selben Datum auszieht, kann ich zum künfigen WG-Leben nichts sagen. In der Küche kann man sich allerdings schön zusammen aufhalten und gemeinsam kochen wenn man möchte. Ansonsten hat jeder sein eigenes Zimmer.
As my flatmate moves out at the same date I can't say anything about the future living in the apartment. But the kitchen is big enough to hang out together and cook if you are into that.
Ein Großteil der Küchenutensilien würde ebenfalls in der Wohnunng bleiben.
Für das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin suchen wir auch noch jemanden. Wenn ihr also zu zweit seid, dann meldet euch auch einfach. Das Zimmer ist auch möbliert.
Most of the kitchen stuff would remain in the kitchen.
For the room of my flatmate we are also looking for someone new. So if you are two, just let me know. Her room is also furnished.
