Das Zimmer ist durch sein großes Fenster sehr hell. Die vorhandene Nische diente mir als optimaler Platz für ein Bett. Damit kann das Zimmer wunderbar untergliedert werden in Erholungsraum und Arbeitsraum. Zur Wohnungseinrichtung: Es gibt ein separates WC, sowie Bad mit WC, ein kleines Gästezimmer und eine wunderbar geräumige Küche, die sowohl mit Geschirrspülmaschine als auch mit Elektroherd ausgestattet ist. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mir Waschmaschine. Der Garten wird von allen Hausparteien genutzt.
Die WG ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Garten in Huckelriede in der Nollendorfer Straße, eine ruhige Ecke am Ende der Neustadt und nahe am Werdersee und auch nah am Flughafen.
There is a big window which gives much daylight into the room. That niche is an optimal space for a bed so that the room can be wonderfully separated into relaxing and working space.
About the flat interior: There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small guest room and a spacious kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and electric cooker. In the cellar there is a washing room with washing mashine.
The flat is part of a house with garden in Huckelriede in Nollendorfer Straße, a calm area at the end of Neustadt and close to the Werdersee and also close to the airport.
Die Wohnung ist im Stadteil Huckelriede lokalisiert. Das Spezifische an diesem Stadtteil ist die vielfältige kulturelle und soziale Durchmischung sowie die Nähe zum Werdersee. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten können die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel LIDL, ALDI, gibt es im Umkreis von einem Kilometer. Der türkische Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke und den SPÄTI erreicht man in einer Minute. Auf der Nollendorfer Straße wohnen viele junge Familien unterschiedlicher kultureller Herkunft.

Wir wünschen uns ein entspanntes und ruhiges WG-Leben, in dem sich alle wohl und zu Hause fühlen. Persönlicher Bezug zueinander und Interesse aneinander ist uns wichtig; gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, kochen, reden, musizieren, gärtnern, oder was sich sonst so ergibt. Auch wichtig ist uns Rückzug und Zeit für uns selbst und unsere eigenen Dinge zu haben.
Was putzen, gestalten, etc. angeht, halten wir es gerne gemeinsam ordentlich und wohnlich gemütlich.
Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch in der WG.

We would like to have a relaxed and calm life together in this flat, where everybody can feel comfortable and at home. It's important to us to feel real sympathy and interest for each other, to spent time together, cooking, talking, making music, gardening or whatsoever. Time and space for ourselves and our own things and activities is important to us as well.
Concerning cleaning, arranging the flat, etc., we would like to keep it tidy and comfortable.
