A nice fully furnished room is available in Krimpelweg 7. The room includes Cupboard, Study table, book shelve, shoe rack and a balcony. You will share the kitchen with other flat-mates. There are 2 bathrooms in the house and one bathroom is assigned to 3 flatmates. The washing area is in the basement and you can also hang your clothes after washing in the basement. The landlord has assigned the cleaning of the flat for every individual in the chart, so its necessary for everyone to keep the house clean. You will get the room contract from the Landlord. The landlord is really nice and co-operative.
The bus stop is just 2 minutes from the house. Where bus 226, 120 ,51 and 52 goes directly to Central Station. Also tram 4 goes directly to Central Station. Blilliard & Snooker Club , Mcfit Fitness are just 5 minutes by foot. The shopping centre Rewe and Penny just 2 bus stations from the house.
The flat-mates are quite good, Friendly and very co-operative. If you have any problem or anything to discuss than you can communicate with them.
