The room is facing the main street towards the south. That means you get a lot of sun, whenever there is sun.
The room is furnished with basics, i.e. a big sleeping couch which can adjust two people, a writing table and a big Ikea shelf. Some of its shelfs have our books, which will remain in the room, unless you need the space and we will have to move them in a box. The plants will most probably stay because thats where they get most light.
There is a possibility of extending the stay by one more month, but we are not sure about it yet.
The bus stop for number 25 is 2 minutes walk (1 min if you run), with this you can get to the main train station in 10 minutes. The "Viertel" is 15 minutes walk and from there you can take the trams 2, 3, and 10. In 20 Minutes you are at the Weser. The tram 4 stop is also 10 minutes walk in the other direction.
There is a Supermarket (Netto) 2 minutes walk and a Rewe at Am Hulsberg 10 minutes walking.
The person living is a hobby musician and play some instruments and sings when happy.
He sings good, so it is lovely to hear and does not do it when he knows someone is sleeping or trying to focus.
The neigbours are lovely and have kids, who can be noisy at around school-going time.
There is a living room, which we curated with a lot of love. It has a TV, dining table and big couch, which you can use, if you promise not to make a mess.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything a person would need to cook.
You dont even need to bring your spices, because we might have more than what you will find in a standard german supermarket.
Write me a short email about who you are as a person, what do you do in Bremen, what you do you do in your free time and if you are okay with living with a person, who sings when happy?
Since it is only for a month, city registration is not possible.
