Hallo Leute, wegen meines Forschungaufenthalts im Ausland biete ich meiner Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von 05.August bis Ende Oktober 2014.
Das Zimmer ist ein ca 15 qm Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster + innen Rollo zur Südseite, es gibt also von morgens bis abends schön viel Sonne :) Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und ansonsten wie ein normales Zimmer! Es liegt Laminat in Holzoptik auf dem Fußboden und die Wände sind weiß.
Ich lasse für dich folgendes: Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Stehlampe,Tischlampe, Stuhl, Sessel und wenn du magst saubere Bettwäsche, Kissen und Bettdecke. :)
230 Euro ist die Warmmiete.

Dear all, because of my research stay abroad I would like to rent my room from 5th of August until the end of October.
The room is more or less 15 qm with a huge window + sunshade. The room is on the south side so you have lots of sunshine in the room during the day. The shape of the room is quadratic. The walls are in white and the ground is laminate flooring.
I offer you in the room bed, table, chair, lamps, IKEA shelf and if you want clean bed sheets, pillows etc.:)
The rent costs all included 230 EURO.
Övp Anbingung:
Die Wohnung ist richtig super direkt neben der Bushaltestelle Friedrich Karl Strasse (Nr.25) gelegen, ihr könnt quasi am Fenster auf den Bus warten, wenn es mal regnet.
Bahnanbindung habt ihr eine Querstraße weiter mit der 2 und der 10 an der Haltestelle Hulsberg.
Rewe, netto und ne Flaschenpost (kiosk) sind gleich um die Ecke, keine 5 Gehminuten.
Das viertel ist gleich um die ecke und bietet eine menge Möglichkeiten das eine oder andere Bier zu genießen oder was leckeres zu essen. Die Weser ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreicht.

In front of the house there is a bus station Friendrich Karl Str. (Nr. 25). In addition to this 5-10 min. far away by walking there is the tram station Hulsberg.
Supermarkts like Rewe or Netto are almost 5 minutes far away by walking.
In der wg wohnen im Moment Leo und Daniela, beide aus Brasilien und beide Studenten an der HS Bremen. Unsere WG ist sehr offen und aktiv. Wir kochen gern zusammen, gucken filme.
Die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgerüstet, es fehlt eigentlich nix. Ihr braucht nix mitbringen.

My flatmates are Leo and Daniela from Brazil and they are student at HS Bremen. Our flat is friendly and active. We cook together and have dinners quite often.
In the kitchen you have all you need. You do not to bring anything with you.
Wir haben eine Internetflat und nen Telefon. Im Keller haben wir ne Waschmaschine und und es ist genug platz um seine Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Vor dem Haus gibt es Fahrradständer an denen man sein Drahtesel abschließen kann.
Eines der Zimmer (Daniela) hat nen Balkon von dem man in den Garten schauen kann. Den dürfen wir auch schön mitnutzen, wenn ihr also nen paar Möhren pflanzen wollt, wird euch keiner hindern. Das Bad ist übrigens ziemlich neu.
Wenn die Wohnung nun dein Interesse geweckt hat und du eine aufgeschlossene, saubere und lächelnde Person bist, dann schick uns doch bitte eine kurze mail in der du dich vorstellst und wir finden einen Termin um dich kennen zu lernen.

We have telephone and internet flat. In the basement we have laundry facilities. There is a balcony in the room of Daniela where you can watch the backyard. The bathroom is quite new and clean.
If you would like to live in our flat for 2 months just write us and come on room visiting days in order to know each other.
