Ich bin neu in Bremen und suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung liegt im Grünenweg ganz in der Nähe von den Wallanlagen. Von dort kann man alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Zum Bahnhof 5 min, Innenstadt 5, ins Viertel ca. 10 Min.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche und geräumiges Badezimmer. Das Freie Zimmer ist ca.17qm und hat ein ein großes Fenster, ein Bett und Kleiderschrank die günstig übernommen werden können.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 240€. Nur Strom und Internet kommen mit 15 bzw 10 euros hinzu. Also Alles zusammen 265 € All Inclusive!
Ich bin 26(m), student und eigentlich ganz unkompliziert. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Fussball, reise und geh auch mal abends aus.
