Ich (m, 27, Student) suche ab sofort einen Mitbewohner (m/w) für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss in der Neuen Vahr Nord. Die Buslinie 24 hält ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Edeka & Netto). Außerdem ist das Einkaufszentrum "Berliner Freiheit" auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Dein Zimmer wäre ungefähr 10m² groß (3,5m * 3m) und würde ca. 340€ warm, incl. Strom und Internet kosten. Es hat ein Fenster zum Balkon und ist unmöbliert. Der Bodenbelag wurde vor 2 Jahren erneuert und ist PVC in heller Holz-Optik.
Ein Zimmer (ca. 18m²) ist als Wohnzimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftszimmer gedacht und bietet Zugang zu dem großen Balkon mit Südausrichtung.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und können gerne mitbenutzt werden. Das Bad hat eine geräumige Dusche. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein Kellerraum.
Es wäre gut wenn du auch zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren bist, aber das ist keine Voraussetzung.
Das Zimmer kann zum 01.09.18 übernommen werden.
