es wird ein schönes 12qm-Zimmer bei uns frei. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel. Der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, die Wände weiß gestrichen. Das Zimmer geht zur Straße heraus, aber eigentlich hört man kaum etwas. DAS ZIMMER WIRD UNMÖBLIERT VERMIETET, bisher haben jedoch ein Doppelbett, eine Wohnwand, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch Platz gefunden, allerdings wird es dann schon ein wenig eng. Ist kein Riesenzimmer, lässt sich aber auf jeden Fall was schönes draus machen.

Dear people in search for a room in shared flat,
there will be an unfurnished 12sqm room vacant in our apartment. The move-in date is quite flexible. The floor is covered with laminate, the walls are painted in white. The room leads to the street, but one can barely hear anything. THE ROOM WILL BE UNFURNISHED, however, right now, a double bed, a wall-to-wall cupboard, a wardrobe and an office deskfind space there. It is not a huge room, but one can surely make something nice out of it.
Die Neue Vahr gilt zwar grundsätzlich nicht als Studentenviertel, jedoch ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.
Die Linie 1 fährt direkt vor der Haustür, in 18min ist man am Hauptbahnhof, in 25min im Herzen der Innenstadt und in ca. 20min (je nach Umsteigezeit) an der Universität. Mit Fahrrad ist sowieso alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich im ca. 5min Fußweg entfernten Einkaufszentrum "Berliner Freiheit".

The "Neue Vahr" is not the typical student quarter, the public transport connections are quite good, the line 1 (tram) runs just in front of the door.
It takes 18 minutes to get to the train station, 25 minutes to get to the heart of the city centre and about 20 minutes to get to the University of Bremen (depending on the connecting bus). If you do have a bike, you can easily get anywhere in a short amount of time. There is also a shopping mall within a five minute walk ("Berliner Freiheit").
Kurz zu uns: Jana, 23 Jahre alt, Soziologie-Studentin an der Uni Bremen und allgemein ein sehr offener und umgänglicher Mensch. Geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne auf Konzerte, Festivals, trinkt ein paar Bier im Viertel oder reist ein bisschen durch die Weltgeschichte. Morten, auch 23 Jahre alt, gelernter Krankenpfleger und mittlerweile Public Health-Student an der Universität Bremen. Ist ein sehr geselliger Typ, verlässlich und für jeden Spaß zu haben, unterhält sich sehr gerne, auch über Gott und die Welt.

A short info on who you're going to live with: Jana, 23, sociology student at the University of Bremen. Considers herself an open and sociable person. In her spare time she likes to go to concerts, festivals, have a few beers in the "Viertel" or just travel around Europe. Morten, also 23, trained nurse and now student of Public Health at the University of Bremen. With him you'd have a sociable flatmate that is fun and reliable.
