Hallo zusammen,
ich wohne momentan mit meinem Freund zusammen in der ausgeschriebenen Wohnung. Da er jedoch ab Mai für 2-3 Monate ins Ausland geht, möchten wir gerne unser jetziges Arbeitszimmer umfunktionieren und für diese Zeit als Schlafzimmer / WG-Zimmer vermieten (siehe Foto). (Einzug auch ab Mitte April schon möglich). Somit würdest du während seines Auslandsaufenthalts mit mir in unserer gemeinsamen Wohnung wohnen und hättest hier ein eigenes 13 m² großes Zimmer. Das jetzige Arbeitszimmer würden wir ausräumen und weitere Möbel neu anordnen. Dein Zimmer wäre dann wie folgt möbliert: Wir haben eine bequeme 90cm-Matratze (jedoch kein Bettkasten), einen Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl sowie eine Kommode und auf Wunsch ein Schminktisch. Bei Bedarf können wir auch gerne über weitere Möbel sprechen. Falls gewünscht, können auch eigene Möbel für das Zimmer mitgebracht werden. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung genügend Stauraum für deine Dinge.
Zimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stellen unser gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, TV, Sofa und Wohnzimmertisch dar, die gut ausgestattete Küche mit vielen Elektrogeräten sowie das Badezimmer mit Dusche. Zusätzlich haben wir einen Kellerraum, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Fahrradraum.

Hi!
I´m currently living together with my boyfriend in a nice three room flat. From May on he will be abroad for an internship for around two to three months and we therefore would like to transform our office into a sleeping room and rent it. You would then have a 13 sq meter room and share the rest of the flat with me. Your room will be furnished with one desk, a small but comfy mattress (without bed frame) and a dresser. But of course we can talk about leaving or removing other things of the room to fit your needs.
The shared rooms will be the living room with a couch, TV and dining table, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. We also have a washing machine, a small balcony and a storage room in the basement.
Wir wohnen in ruhiger Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Die Straßenbahnstation ist innerhalb von 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 15 min in der Innenstadt sowie am Hauptbahnhof und in 25 min an der Universität.
Mit 6 min Gehweg ist ein Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, in dem sich unter anderem Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Sparkasse, Deichmann, ein Dönerladen und vieles mehr befinden.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kostenlos und ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür.

The flat is in a calm and green area with good transport connections. The tram can be reached in about 4 minutes. From there it takes about 15 minutes to reach the central train station in the city center and 25 minutes to the university.
Within 6 minutes walking you can find a shopping center with supermarkets and other shops.
If you have a car, you can find many free parking spots right in front of the house.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und promoviere an der Universität Bremen im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie. In meiner Freizeit tanze und koche ich sehr gerne. Ich bin unter der Woche meist ganztägig an der Uni und somit nicht zu Hause. Ich freue mich jedoch über gemeinsame Kochabende, Fernsehabende oder ein Bier/Wein am Abend - jedoch kein Muss.
Generell lege ich großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit!

I am 25 years old and do my PhD at the University of Bremen in the field of Business Psychology. I like dancing and cooking. During the week, I am full-time at the university and therefore not at home. However, I would be happy to spend some of the evenings cooking, sitting together, watching TV or having a beer/wine - but that isn't a must.
Order and cleanliness is very important for me!
Falls du bezüglich der Ausstattung irgendetwas benötigst, lass es uns gerne wissen.
