Wir suchen ab dem 01.11/15.11. eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG am Buntentorsteinweg (etwas weiter hinten gelegen) in der Neustadt.
Wir wohnen aktuell zu viert in einer hellen 6 Zimmer-Wohnung (130 qm, 2.Etage+Dachgeschoss, kein Aufzug) mit Balkon (Dachterasse) und großem Garten, sowie Partylaube.
Noch ist nicht ganz entschieden, welches Zimmer frei wird.
Eins der freien Zimmer ist das kleinste Zimmer in der 2. Etage, geht nach Süden raus und hat knapp 9qm (342 all in€) –
Das andere hat 12qm (397€ all in). Du kannst zusätzlich Wohnzimmer/Flur/Abstellkammer für deine Bücherregale/Kleiderschrank/Arbeitsecke/general Krams-Aufbewahrung nutzen, damit du genug Platz hast, alles unter zu bringen.
Es gibt in unserem großen Wohnzimmer, der Sitzecke in der Küche, auf Balkon oder Garten (incl.Partylaube) viel Raum zum Zusammenkommen oder sich zurück ziehen.Es gibt 2 Bäder (beide mit Tageslicht, eins hat eine Badewanne).
In 2 Minuten ist man am Werdersee, Haltestelle für die 4 ist vor der Tür.
Wir setzten uns bisher zusammen aus 2 weißen und zwei BiPoC FLINTA* Personen, sind cis und trans*/non-binary und würden uns freuen wenn du dazukommst! Wir sind zwischen 26 und 32 Jahre alt und sind offen, was die weitere Alterszusammensetzung angeht.
Manche von können sich das Zusammenleben mit Hund oder Katze aktuell nicht gut vorstellen.
Wir organisieren unser Zusammenleben mit einer gemeinsamen Haushaltskasse (aus der vegan/vegetarisch eingekauft wird), Essen teilen + öfter mal füreinander Mitkochen, Putzplänen und regelmäßigen WG Plena (ca. 1 Mal im Monat).
Wir haben Bock auf ein freundschaftliches WG-Zusammenleben, bei dem sich alle gegenseitig auf dem Schirm haben und wir wertschätzend miteinander umgehen. Wichtig ist uns, dass Wünsche und Probleme ansprechbar sind und wir Rücksicht und Verständnis auf die verschiedenen Bedürfnisse und (gesellschaftliche) Positionierungen haben.
Im Sommer haben wir dieses Jahr angefangen uns um unseren verwilderten Garten zu kümmern und wollen bald auch Obst und Gemüse dort anbauen. Wenn du Lust auf gemeinschaftliche Gartenarbeit hast, freuen sich einige von uns sehr :)
Wir sind gerne unterwegs, besuchen Vorträge, Konzerte und Kneipen - aber hängen auch gerne einfach zusammen rum und essen snacks. Wir sind mal zusammen, mal in unterschiedlichen Kontexten politisch aktiv. Uns ist es ein Anliegen, dass die WG auch eine Art von Saferspace ist. Wir freuen uns über Austausch und voneinander lernen finden wir cool+wichtig!

***Queer FLINTA 5er WG seeks roommate*** (preferably BiPoC, migration experience and / or not cis - person)
We are looking for a new flatmate for our WG at Buntentorsteinweg (a bit further back) in the Neustadt from 01.11/15.11.
Currently, four of us live in a bright 6 room apartment (130 sqm, 2nd floor + attic, no elevator) with balcony (roof terrace) and large garden, as well as party arbor.
It is not quite decided yet which room will be vacant.
One of the free rooms is the smallest room on the 2nd floor, goes out to the south and has just under 9sqm (342 all in€) -.
The other one has 12sqm (397,25€ all in)
you can additionally use living room/corridor/storage room for your bookshelves/clothes closet/work corner/general stuff storage, so you have enough space to put everything.
There is plenty of room to gather or retreat in our large living room, sitting area in the kitchen, balcony or garden (incl.party arbor).There are 2 bathrooms (both with natural light, one has a bathtub).
In 2 minutes you are at the Werdersee, stop for the 4 is in front of the door.
We are so far composed of 2 white and two BiPoC FLINTA* people, are cis and trans*/non-binary and would love to have you join us! We are between 26 and 32 years old and are open about the further age composition.
Some of us can't imagine living together with a dog or cat at the moment.
We organize our living together with a common household budget (from which we buy vegan/vegetarian food), food sharing + often cook for each other, cleaning plans and regular WG Plena (about 1 time per month).
We want to live together in a friendly community, where everyone is aware of each other and we treat each other with respect. It is important to us that wishes and problems are addressed and that we have consideration and understanding for the different needs and (social) positioning.
This summer we started to take care of our overgrown garden and want to grow fruits and vegetables there soon. If you're up for some collaborative gardening, some of us are very happy to help :)
We like to be out and about, attending lectures, concerts and pubs - but also like to just hang out together and eat snacks. We are sometimes politically active together, sometimes in different contexts. It is important to us that the WG is also a kind of Saferspace. We are happy about exchange and learning from each other is cool+important!
