Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß mit 2 gleich großen Zimmern, Küche und einem Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet (inkl. Geschirrspüler), eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Reihenhauses, an den für das gesamte Haus ein Garten angeschlossen ist. Das Zimmer ist in Richtung der Straße gerichtet.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben mit einem großen Bett (140x200) inklusive Kissen und Decken. Das Bett hat durch Schubladen viel Stauraum. Dazu kommt noch eine Couch, ein 43" Zoll Fernseher für Streaming und ein Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer hat in die Wand eingebaute Schränke, die ebenfalls genügend Platz bieten. Für Bastelfreudige gibt es einen älteren, aber funktionstüchtigen 3D-Drucker.

The flat is approx. 50 sqm with 2 equally sized rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything (incl. dishwasher), a washing machine is also available. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a terraced house, to which a garden is attached for the whole house. The room faces the street.
The room is handed over furnished with a large bed (140x200) including pillows and blankets. The bed has a lot of storage space through drawers. There is also a couch, a 43" TV for streaming and a desk. The room has cupboards built into the wall, which also offer enough space. For those who like to tinker, there is an older but functional 3D printer.
Die Lage ist Innenstadt-nah, 5 min zu Fuß zur Hochschule (Neustadtswall), 7-8 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten ins Viertel. Zur Uni sind es ca. 25-30 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny & Rewe) sind im direkten Umkreis vorhanden.

The location is close to the city centre (7-8 minutes by tram), a 5-minute walk to the university of applied sciences (Hochschule at Neustadtswall), and 15 minutes to the Viertel. It takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the university. Shopping facilities (Penny & Rewe) are available in the immediate vicinity.

Dein Mitbewohner ist Hakan, er ist 30 Jahre alt und als Ingenieur in der Raumfahrt tätig.
Er über sich: Ich würde mich als einen offenen und unkomplizierten Menschen bezeichnen, der mit vielen Leuten gut klarkommt. In meiner Freizeit versuche ich regelmäßig Sport zu machen und bin generell eher der entspannte Typ, der gerne mal feiern geht aber auch seinen Spaß an einem gemeinsamen Film- oder Spielabende hat. Deshalb fände ich es cool, wenn du nicht nur auf der Suche nach einer Zwecks-WG bist.

He about himself: I would describe myself as an open and uncomplicated person who gets along well with many people. In my free time, I try to do sports regularly and I'm generally more of a relaxed type who likes to go out partying but also has fun watching a movie or playing games together. That's why I think it would be cool if you're not just looking for a purpose-built flat share.
