Das Zimmer in einer 3er-WG ist 19 m² groß, hat Zugang zum Garten und kostet 300 Euro pro Monat, hinzu kommen 130 Euro Nebenkostenvorauszahlung, und bei Vertragsunterzeichnung 600 Euro Kaution. Die Nebenkostenvorauszahlung ist so bemessen, dass es nach der Abrechnung (voraussichtlich im Mai) eher noch Geld zurück geben sollte.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert oder leer oder teilmöbliert zu bekommen, also Möblierung nach Absprache im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten.
Gemeinsam mit den Bewohnern der anderen beiden Zimmer steht ein Duschbad, ein separates WC und die Küche mit kleinem Essplatz zur Verfügung.

The room in a shared flat for 3 people is 19 m² in size, has access to the garden and costs 300 euros per month, plus 130 euros in advance for service charges and a deposit of 600 euros when the contract is signed. The advance payment for ancillary costs is calculated in such a way that there should be money back after the statement of accounts (probably in May).
The room is available furnished or empty or partly furnished, i.e. furnishing by arrangement within the scope of our possibilities.
Together with the residents of the other two rooms, there is a shower room, a separate WC and a kitchen with a small dining area.
Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Buntentor der Bremer Neustadt.
Für Ortskundige: In der Näher des Deichscharts, nur 100 m vom Werdersee entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß sind es etwa 2 km zur Innenstadt und 1 bzw. 2 km zu den Standorten der Hochschule Bremen.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 4) ebenfalls ca. 100 Meter.

The house is located in the Buntentor district of Bremen Neustadt.
For those familiar with the area: close to the Deichschart, just 100 metres from the Werdersee.
It is about 2 km by bike or on foot to the city centre and 1 or 2 km to the Bremen University of Applied Sciences campuses.
Tram stop (line 4) also approx. 100 metres away.

Es ist eher eine Zweck-WG, was ja Kontakt nicht ausschließt. ;)
Wenn der jetzige Bewohner des angebotenen Zimmers ausgezogen ist, wohnen da noch ein Student und ein junger Angestellter (meist im Homeoffice). Die WG-Sprache ist englisch.
Sie sind offen für MitbewohnerInnen jeglichen Geschlechts und jeglicher Herkunft. Die neue Person sollte aber bereit sein, sich an der Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu beteiligen. auch versuchen die jetzigen Bewohner, ihre Energiekosten in Grenzen zu halten. Die beiden suchen auch selber, haben aber bisher noch niemanden gefunden.

It's more of a functional flat share, which doesn't rule out contact ;)
When the current occupant of the room on offer has moved out, there will be a student and a young employee (usually working from home). The language spoken in the flat share is English.
The flatmates are open to flatmates of all genders and backgrounds. However, the new person should be willing to help maintain order and cleanliness. The current residents also try to keep their energy costs within limits. They are also looking for someone themselves, but have not yet found anyone.
Das Zimmer wird ab 1. Januar oder 1. Februar vermietet.
Wenn jemand schon eher ein Zimmer braucht, können wir ihn/sie bis zum 1.1. in einer anderen Wohnung unterbringen.
