Room to let now available. It is a 20 sqm, square room on the second floor of a terraced house in the beautiful Neustadt-Buntentor. The room faces the street, but is still in a quiet location, as we live on a very quiet street. The room is furnished and has very nice old floorboards. The room is 20sqm big.
Otherwise, the house offers everything you could need in the city, a small green spot behind the house, a balcony by the kitchen. There is also enough basement space where you can do laundry, store bicycles, etc., and who knows what else you can think of...
The house is very close to the Werdersee, where you can spend pleasant days and evenings or even nights in the summer with a barbecue and a beer. For the shopping queens among you, Combi, Aldi, Rossmann and Kik are just a 3-minute walk away. If you want or need to leave the beautiful Neustadt, you can find the bus and train in just a few minutes. The 4 to the city center only takes about 8 minutes, but Neustadt actually has everything you need for life... doctors, pharmacies, bars and pubs...
