Hello International Students!
I am searching for someone who is interested in taking over my contract from December 2010 till end of Mach 2011. You can extend the contract if you want.
The location is quite near the city center at Hochschule Bremen. You can take the Bus 26, Tram 1, 8 from Hochschule Bremen which takes about 10 min. to Central station. Sometimes I just take a walk from home to Domsheide (the city center)

Living possibilities are awesome here. There are three supermarkets in the area , two turkish restaurants, one bakery… everything you can wish for

The room has wooden floor and is in the 2nd floor. It has furnitures: Desk, chair, one coach, a bed, a bookshelf and a closet for cloths. The room has two big windows heading to sunset direction. Its quite cool for summertime.

You will be living two rooms next to the bathroom and shower which you would share with others. There is another bathroom and another bathroom plus shower in the basement.

The rent includes everything: Water, Electricity, Internet.
Everything together for 255 Euros. There will be also a one time service charge of 50 Euros when you leave.
The Deposit is 400 Euro, and will be given back after the room is in returned in the original condition.
There is a kitchen in the basement which has an oven, microwave ,dishwasher and plates and everything else you need for living in Bremen.
Washing machine for the Laundry is also there.

The cleaning lady is coming twice a week. So the public space will be cleaned every week.
