wir sind eine schöne 3er WG am Werdersee. Da unser lieber Mitbewohner wieder zurück in seine Heimat geht haben wir ein Zimmer frei. Allerdings erstmal nur für einen Monat, vllt auch länger.
Die Miete beträgt: 300€
Das Zimmer kann auch möbiliert vermietet werden!
Wir haben eine Terasse mit direktem Zugang zum Werdersee. Einakaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Aldi,Combi,Rossmann usw.) sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die 4.Die Busse 26,27 sind auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

We have a 3 room shared apartment in the Neustadt, directly on the Werdersee, and we have a free room for one month, maybe longer.
The price of the room is 300 euro all included (utilities, WiFi, etc.). The room can also be rented with furniture already in. We have a large kitchen, a terrace with direct access to the Werdersee river. There are many shopping options 5 minutes away (REWE, Aldi, Combi, Rossmann), and the Tram line 4 is directly in front of the house. Busses 26 and 27 are just 5 minutes walk away.
