ich biete mein schönes helles 20 qm Zimmer in einer 6er WG in der Neustadt. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Reihenhauses mit 2 Wohnungen mit jeweils 3 Bewohnern (deswegen 6er WG). Wir sind alle nette umgängliche Personen, überwiegend Studenten, von 20 - 30 Jahren. Wir freuen uns über jeden der nicht gerne in einer Zweck-WG wohnt.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und ein paar Sachen von mir lasse ich auch drin, aber es wird auf jeden Fall genug Raum zum verstauen geben. Es ist frei ab Mittwoch den 23.01. und ich bin auf jeden Fall für mindestens einen Monat weg.
Die Monatsmiete liegt bei 320€ mit allen Nebenkosten inklusive.

I am offering my nice bright 20 qm room in a 6 person house share in Neustadt. The room is on the ground floor of a row house with 2 flats and 3 residents each. We are all kind and sociable residents, mostly students, of 20 to 30 years.
The room is ready furnished and I will leave a few things in here, but there will be enough space to store stuff. It is free from Wednesday the 23.01. and I will be gone for at least a month. The monthly rent will be 320€ with all the utilities included.
