Zu vermieten ist ein helles Zimmer(ca. 9 qm) mit hübschem Dielenfußboden in einer super netten WG. Die Wohnung hat eine Dusche sowie eine Badewanne und eine seperate Toilette. Wasch- und Spülmaschiene sind auch vorhanden.
We got a light and really nice small room of 10 qm for rent with a great wooden floor in a really nice shared flat. We got a shower, bathing tub, a seperate toilet, washing machine and dish washer.
Von unserer Wohnung aus sind es max. 5 min zur Starßenbahnlinie 4, 10 min zur Linie 6 und 2 min bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es auch nicht weit.
From our flat its a max. 5 min walk to the tram no. 4 and 10 min to tram no.6, the bus stop for line 26 and 27 is a 2 min walk away. Various shops are nearby too.
Wir wohnen in einer super netten 3er WG, aus der ich nun leider ausziehe. Im Moment wohnen hier Nur (Meeresbiologie, aus Spanien) und Miguel (Tischler, auch aus Spanien). Daher wird meistens ein Sprachenmix aus Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch gesprochen - Englischkenntnisse wären also super.
We are living in a really nice shared flat with 3 people, as I am moving, the flatmates are Nur (studies Marine Biology, from Spain) and Miguel (carpenter, also from Spain). We talk a mix of English, Spanish and German - so it would be nice if you are fine with speaking English, too.
