da mir meine "zukünftige " Wg-Kollegin kurzfristig abgesagt hat, ist das Zimmer in der Erlenstraße wieder zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist fast 11qm2 groß. Ein Ikea-Schrank kann übernommer werden.
Die Mitnutzung vom 20qm2-Wohnzimmer ist im Preis enthalten. Ausserdem kann Küche,Bad,Abstellraum und Keller mitgenutzt werden.
GEZ, Internet,Strom und Warmwasser ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.
Der Preis für das Gesamtpaket liegt bei 340€ monatlich + einmalig 350€ für die Kaution.
Kurz zu mir: männlich, 26 Jahre, Wochentags von 6-14Uhr auf der Arbeit, nächstes Jahr wieder Student.
Die Wohnung kann leider erst am Montag ab 14Uhr besichtigt werden, da ich nicht in Bremen bin.
Hoffe, dass ich nichts vergessen habe.
