Ab dem 1.02.2014 wird ein/e neuen/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere Haus-WG in der Neustadt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und befindet sich im 1.OG. Es gibt ein Fenster und einen Balkon, es ist ein schön helles Zimmer.
Möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Sitz.
In unserem Haus leben 27 Menschen von den ganzen Welt, du muss aber nicht alle kennen zu lernen! ;) Dein Ruhe kannst du trotzdem (am meistens während der Woche) haben, es gibt aber oft tolle Partys in das Haus am Wochenende ;)
Das Haus ist groß, es gibt 3 Küchen (1 pro Stock), du wirst auch deine Badezimmer mit 3 andere Leute verteil: 2 fränzözische Mädels und 1 Spanisch Kerl gemeinsam nutzen.
Internet eingeschlossen.

As I'm going back to France at the end of January, I will be leaving my room in a big house in the Neustadt's neighborhood!
The room is about 20 square meters, fully furnished with bed, desk, closet, shelf and Seat
There is 27 people living in the house, it may seem overwhelming but you can still have your own space and quiet (probably not that much on fridays and saturdays nights) ;) but people are very nice and a lot of international students are living here, it's like the perfect place to spend your erasmus journey or if you're doing an internship abroad and want to meet a lot of people in a small time! :)
About 8 people use the same kitchen as you, and you will share the bathroom with 2 very nice french ladies and one spanisch guy.
Internet is included in the rent,there is washing machines and dishwasher ...

A lot of them are erasmus students, or some are doing internships too. It is a very good way to get to know people quickly if you re new in Bremen. You'll be sure not to be bored, if you get into it!
There is a cleaning man who comes twice a week.
