Zum 1.3. wird in unserer 5er-WG ein Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 15qm groß, hat Laminatboden und ein Hochbett. Das Zimmer kostet ca. 212€ im Monat, incl. aller NK. Kaution wird nicht verlangt.
Die Wohnung bietet eine großzügige Wohnküche, ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer, ein Duschbad und eine Gästetoilette, einen Balkon zum Werdersee, einen Kellerraum und einen Fahrradraum.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Internetflat sind vorhanden.
In direkter Umgebung sind ein REWE, Penny, Oecotop und diverse andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bahnlinien 4 und 5 sind zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen.
Zur Zeit wohnen in der WG zwei Männer und zwei Frauen, sowohl berufstätig als auch studierend, zwischen 25 und 35.
Wir freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner, der vom Alter her zu uns passt, nur auf dem Balkon raucht, keine reine Zweck-WG sucht und länger als ein paar Monate bleiben möchte.
