Das Zimmer ist 23 qm² groß und hat zwei große Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof mit schöner Morgensonne. Es wurde gerade neu gestrichen und hat einen dunklen Fußboden. Es ist hell und geräumig und bietet genügend Platz für eine gemütliche Couchecke oder was auch immer du gerne hättest. Das Zimmer liegt zwar in der Mitte zwischen zwei anderen Zimmern, die Wohnung ist aber nicht hellhörig.
The room ist 23 square meters big and has two windows. It has a lot of sun in the morning but is bright and sunny all day long. We just painted it 2 weeks ago.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet, das Haus befindet sich an der Ecke Langemarckstraße/Westerstraße. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren zahlreiche Straßenbahnen (1 und 8) und Busse (24, 26, 27 und 63) ab. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 5 min in das Stadtzentrum, 3 min. zur FH und ca. 20 min. mit Bahn und Bus zur Uni. Die Weser ist direkt um die Ecke.
Auch Aldi, Rewe, kleine Gemüseläden, Frisör, Copyshop, Imbisse usw. sind direkt um die Ecke.
Zum schönen Neustadt Park und zum Südbad sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten.
The location of our WG is really good. Just in front of the house the tram number 1 and 8 and bus number 24, 26, 27, 63 stop. You can walk to the city center (5 min), the Fachhochschule (3 min) and the city Weser is around the corner. With the tram or that bus it takes you 20 min to get to the University of Bremen.
There are plenty of shops around the corner like Aldi and Rewe for example.
In unserer schönen WG wohnen momentan Martin, Pascal, Susi und Alke. Da uns unsere liebe Alke verlässt, suchen wir nun einen neue_n Mitbewohner_in.
Pascal studiert im Master Politikwissenschaft und spielt in seiner Freizeit gerne Fußball und ist großer St. Pauli-Fan.
Martin studiert im fortgeschrittenen Semester ;-) Jura, ist politisch interessiert und reist sehr gerne.
Susi schreibt ihre Masterarbeit in Politikwissenschaft in Bremen und macht gerne Sport (Joggen).
Wir sitzen ziemlich viel gemeinsam in der Küche und kochen, quatschen oder hängen einfach nur ab. Gekocht wird vornehmlich vegetarisch und laktosefrei, wir sind aber offen für alles. Vom Küchenfenster aus hat man eine wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer der Becks-Brauerei und kann sich vom industriellen Charme verzaubern lassen.
Wenn wir gerade nicht in der Küche rumhängen, an unserem Uni-Abschluss basteln oder arbeiten, gehen wir auch gern mal zusammen ein Bierchen in benachbarten Kneipen trinken.
Wir probieren momentan verschiedene Zeitungsabos aus (Taz, Süddeutsche, Zeit, Jungle World, AK, Die Blätter ...)
Four people live in our apartment. Martin, Pascal, Susi and Alke. Unfortunately, Alke is going to move out and we are looking for a new roommate. We are all very easy-going and relaxed students. We study political science (Pascal and Susi) and law (Martin), we like soccer and St. Pauli (Martin and Pascal) :)
We cook mostly vegetgarian or vegan but are very open to anything, so dont worry if you want to eat meat you are totally welcome to do so.
We are all working on finalizing our studies ;) but in our free time we go out for beers, chill in our nice kitchen with a view over the Becks brewery or do sports.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib uns eine Nachricht, in der du dich kurz vorstellst und uns ein bisschen über dich und deine WG-Vorstellungen schreibst. Dann treffen wir uns entweder in der Wohnung oder, wenn du weit weg wohnen solltest, können wir auch gern skypen.
