You will live door to door with Gesine (Working in differnt sozial-cultural projects like kukoon.de) and Lars (biologist, cofounder of the Kulturkueche.org and craft beer salesperson). Your room ist nice an cosy and located to the backyard, which ist very quiet. You will find all you need in your room: there is a desk, chair, a wardrobe, your bed with bed cloth. Naturally the common rooms are free to use. There is a kitchen, with all you need for cooking and baking as well as a washing maschine and a dishwasher. The dinig room is a nice room to eat, chat with each other and play games. In the living room you can relax, listen to music, make your own music, watch TV or invite some friends. To get to the city center you will find your private bicycle, cyling is the common way to get from one place to another in Bremen.
On the left side of the Weser river, opposite to the historic city center, the Neustadt (New Town) is a young, growing district with alternative flair, nice bars, cafés and small stores, plenty of students (The Hochschule Bremen is located here), but also quiet residential streets with beautiful old houses, and the recreation area Werdersee. It is near to the City Center (5 minutes) as well as the airport (10 minutes) and the Central Station (10 minutes); the University is about 20 minutes away (by tram).
You will pay 300 € per month, for your private room and shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room, electricity, heat, telephone and internet, as well as your private bicycle.There will be no extra cost, just in case of damage we may charge you for the replacement. You have to pay for the whole month even if you will move in some days later or move out some days earlier than an month.
Since you don't have to pay a deposit, and won't be charged by a accommodation broker, we neverless need to be sure that you will pay the rent if you will be our guest. So we ask you to pay half of the first rent until the 15th of the previous month. If we confirm your residence after that day, please tranfer the money directly to our bank account.
