The room is newly renovated, bright and spacious (14sq meters) with a large window overlooking the street. The whole WG has just been renovated in 2014 with a new kitchen, bathroom and all rooms newly painted and decorated. There is also a new terrace and garden shed, the terrace is roofed and contains a coffee table, a set of couches and not to mention a hammock! The terrace is good for a quiet nap or a good weekend party especially during the coming summer months.
My housemates, Dennis, Hassna and Kati are very friendly, chatty and sometimes chill over a beer at times during the week or at the weekend. There's often time for a few drinks together on the terrace or down the local bar. We are generally quiet during week nights, respectful and considerate of our housemates. The WG is quiet for housemates who get up early for work or study early on weekday mornings.
Hermannstrasse, Neustadt is very close to the city centre and the Viertel. There are a broad range of local shops and supermarkets to choose from including Aldi, Rewe, Spar and Penny.
The transport system is flawless with the no. 4 and 6 trams, 3 minutes from your doorstep. Also buses no. 24, 27, 28 are within walking distance of the house.
The central heating is very efficient and the internet connection is fast.
I am also selling a single bed, a desk and small wardrobe for €100 if interested.
