The apartment is part of a 4 story high building, with the apartment located on the top floor.
It was recently renovated, and has a quite modern look.

The apartment is located in Neustadt, very close to the airport and Bremen's Werdersee.
You also will have various bus and tram lines from the BSAG within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
As I mentioned earlier, both the city center and the airport are very close by. I personally go to both by bike.
For some swimming, relaxation or sports the Werdersee is around 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment.
The flatshare is for two people. I am a 21 year old pilot for Ryanair based in Bremen and I was living in the apartment for the last 10 months with one of my colleagues. He decided to leave Ryanair which leaves one bedroom available.
The total rent of the apartment is 880 EUR/month all inclusive, but if you decide to live in the small bedroom the rent will only be 420 EUR/month for you.
