The free room is 15 sqm, light and quiet and costs 220 euro per month all inclusive. It is going to be free around the mid or end of november.
Ein Haus in der Neustadt - mit zwei Terrassen und einem kleinen Garten - voller netter Menschen hat von ende November ein freies Zimmer.
A house in the district called Neustadt - with two terraces and a small garden - full of nice people has one free room from the end of november.
Wir sind zwischen 21 und 40 Jahre alt (3w, 5m) - Studierende, Vollzeitarbeitende, Jobbende, Schüler*innen, Suchende. Wir finden uns gerne irgendwo im Haus zusammen und sind auch gerne für uns allein. Manchmal kochen einige zusammen, manchmal nicht. Je nachdem wie die Bedürfnisse sind und wie es passt.
Im Haus, das über 3 Etagen plus Souterrain geht, gibt es außer den Terrassen und dem Garten 2 Bäder, 2 separate Klos, einen Dachboden und eine relativ große Küche, in die wir alle rein passen.
We are between 21 and 40 years old (3f, 5m) - Students, full-time workers, jobbers, pupils, searchers. We like to share time somewhere in the house as well as being on our own. Sometimes some people cook together, sometimes everyone for himself*herself - depending on our needs and whether it fits.
In the house, which has 3 floors plus souterrain, there are also 2 bathrooms, 2 seperate toilets, an attic and a relatively big kitchen, in which all of us fit.
