Das Zimmer hat 16-17m² und wirkt durch ein Hochbett recht groß.
Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa und zwei Schreibtischen, wovon einer optional ist. Die Wohnung ist etwas rustikaler, was aber auch seinen Charme hat. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer Küche (mit Geschirrspüler!) und 2 Badezimmern / Gäste WC. Eins ist auch mit einer Badewanne-Duschcombi und Waschmaschine augestattet

The room has a size of about 16-17m². It is located at ground level. It comes equiped with a loft bed, sofa, wardrobe, 2 Desks (1 is optional).
The flat includes two roomes and one kitchen, which is quite well equipped, and two bathrooms, where one comes with a bathtub combined with a shower.
Die Haltestelle Gastfeldstrasse ist weniger als 1 min. von der WG entfernt. Spar, Penny, 2 Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants sind in 1 min zu Fuß ereichbar. Mit der Bahn ist man in 5 Miniuten in der Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten am Flughafen/ Airbus oder am Hauptbahnhof. Die Hochschule Bremen ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in 2 Wohnungen: Eine 2er WG, in der sich das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet, und eine 4er WG.
Die WGs sind nett, man kann etwas zusammen machen, man muß aber nicht.
Gelegentlich kochen wir abends gemeinsam, unternehmen was oder sitzen nur so zusammen. Einfach nett und unkompliziert.

The house is seperated into two flats. One in which I am living together with my flatmate and anotherone which 4 provides 4 other guys. You can have a nice time cooking together with them or just hanging out.
