It is available to rent a room of 25 m2 in Neustadt, from the 01th of August. The room is furnished with a double bed, a closet, some shelves, a night table, a big desk, a chair, a mirror and a sofa of two places. The room have a big window and it is oriented to the sun, so that it is a warmer room and really bright. It is situated is a quiet zone of the home and it is perfect if you will need peace.
The room also has a balcony where you can enjoy of your own outdoor space.
The location of the house is so good, because it is only a 1-2 minutes walk from the house to the tram stop number 6. With this line you can go to the airport in 4 minutes; to the Hochschule in 5 minutes; 7-8 minutes to the city center; 12 minutes to the central station; and 20 minutes to the Üniversitet. The house is located in a quiet residential zone and in 5 minutes walking you arrive to the commercial street; when you can find many restaurants, some supermarkets (like Penny or Spar); banks (like Sparkasse); bars; hairdressers;.....
It is a house with 27 flatmates, 9 each floor. On each floor there 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and you will share the kitchen with 9 person and the bathroom with 3. In home you can practice too many different languages, like german, english, spanish,.... It is a different house, because you can enjoy of a great community life and you can meet with your flatmates in the kitchen to eat or to talk, but in the same time you have your private room so quiet. We have all a very good relationship and we normally meet to go out to drink a beer or to go to visit others cities.
