Hallo ihr Lieben,
da ich für mein Masterstudium in eine andere Stadt ziehen werde und mein Nachmieter erst zum August einziehen kann, suchen wir für Mitte bis Ende Juli noch einen Zwischenmieter.
Wir sind eine Vierer-Studenten-WG, die sich gerade teilweise neu zusammensetzt. Aber auch unsere Nachmieter kennen wir persönlich und sie sind alle super entspannt und nett. :)
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben sogar drei Balkone, Wachsmaschine, Spülmaschine, Badewanne - alles, was das Herz begehrt - und für die zwei Wochen für 130€ mit allem drin. ;)

Hi everybody,
Since I have to move out of town for my master´s, we are looking for someone to move in for two weeks from the middle until the end of July.
We are a student flat with 4 people living here, all very relaxed and nice.
We have everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, bathing tub, three balconies, ... and all for 130 € for those two weeks.

The location is great: 5 minutes by foot to Hochschule Neustadtswall, 3 minutes to the next bus station from where you can drive to Hochschule Werderstraße in 5 minutes. 8 minutes with the tram to the train station. 5 minutes by foot to the next supermarket.
