Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bremen-Neustadt im ersten Stock, und das WG Zimmer hat 15qm. Mitbenutzt werden kann ein Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer 35qm. Ein Kellerraum und Fahrradabstellplatz gehört dazu. Die Fußböden sind mit schönen Holzlaminat ausgelegt. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen, sowie auch die ganze Wohnung.
A 15 square meter room. The common space is a large 35 square meter living room, and a balcony. The apartment is in Bremen-Neustadt on the first floor. A basement room and bike parking room are also available. The floors have a nice dark wooden laminate. The walls are painted white, as they are in the whole apartment.

Bed + Matress: 200EUR (it was 300EUR new)

Die Wohngegend ist ruhig gelegen und fußläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto/Aldi), Apotheken, Altglascontainer, Straßenbahn (Linie 6) sowie ein Bio Supermarkt zu errichen. Ideal gelegen wenn man am Flughafen arbeitet (Airbus Tor2 nur 5-10min) zu Fuß. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in ca. 10min in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad zur Weser auch nur 10min.
The area is quiet and food shopping is within walking distance (Nett/Aldi), Apotheken (I can't think of the english word right now), glass recycling, tram (Line 6) as well as a Bio supermarket. Ideally situated for working at the airport or in airbus - the Airbus Gate 2 is 5-10minutes by foot. With the tram it is ca. 10 minutes to the inner city (after a <10 minute walk to the tram). With a bike the Weser is also only 10 minutes away.
In der WG ist Platz für 2 Personen. Ich (M, 23) suche einen Mitbewohner 20-30Jahre. Häuptlich nutzte ich die WG weil ich in Bremen am Flughafen arbeitet. Oft bin ich übers Wochenende in Hamburg. Es ist wichtig das du Sauberkeit und Ordnung pflegst. Der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. (Waschmaschine, TV, Couch, Geschirr, Besteck, Schränke(TV/Bad), Tische, Stühle) Du musst die Sachen so sorgsam behandeln wie du es selber erwarten würdest.
The apartment is for 2 people. I (Male, 23) am looking for a flatmate 20-30 years old. Mainly I use the apartment because I work near the airport. I am often at the weekend in Hamburg. It is important to keep the apartment tidy. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a washingmachine, TV, couches, dishes, cutlery, storage (TV area + bathroom), tables and stools. You should use the things as carefully as you would expect your own things to be cared for.
