The flat is located in the lovely quarter Bremen-Neustadt. As the Neustadt is the new place to be, get your room now while rents are still affordable and streets are not flooded by newly rich hipsters yet. 2 minutes to the Hochschule Bremen, 5 minutes to the Werdersee. 10 minutes to the Viertel and 20 minutes to the University of Bremen. Furthermore bus lines 26 and 27, as well as tram lines number 4 and 6 can be reached shortly. Also several shopping, drinking and kebap opportunities are close by. The room has an unknown number of square meters but it should be enough for most people. Also offered is a small but fully equipped kitchen as well as a cozy bathroom. The room comes along with a bed, lamps and a desk. You need to know the flat is quite clairaudient. A washing machine and drying opportunities can be found the basement. As all the basics are covered it would be perfect for people who only stay 6 month.
I am 31 year old master student of social politics at the university Bremen. Before my studies I worked as a chef. Due to the size of the flat, there won’t be any big parties but the after work beer is welcome in the kitchen. In general it’s more of a quiet and tidy flat. Sorry boyz, im acutally only looking for a female flatmate. Consider, additional costs may rise, as they usually do in January.
