Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über hell und lichtdurchflutet. Außerdem ist es voll möbliert mit Schränken, Bett und Schreibtisch (Vorhänge sind jetzt auch angebracht worden).
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein nettes kleines Badezimmer, in dem die Waschmaschine steht, und ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Essbereich. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht es auf den Balkon, der den ganzen Nachmittag bis Abend Sonne hat.
The room receives sunlight all day (since the picture was taken there are new curtains though!) and is fully furnished with storage space, bed and a desk. The rest of the flat is also fully furnished and very comfortable with a large living room and great couch, plus a dining table. There is also a nice, sunny balcony with plenty of room to sit and relax.
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnpark und ist von sehr viel Grün umgeben.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 4 Minuten zum Werder-See wo man toll spazieren gehen, schwimmen oder joggen kann.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad wie auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht. (Rewe, Netto, Penny, Spar, Bäcker usw.) Außerdem gibt es mehrmals die Woche einen Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zur Bushalestelle "August-Hinrichs-Str." sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur S-Bahnhaltestelle
"Kirchweg" 12 Minuten.
In der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Bus in 12 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 Minuten.
The house is in a quiet residential area surrounded by trees. The beautiful Werder Lake is just a few minutes away by bike or by foot. There are many supermarkets nearby easily reached by foot or by bike (Rewe, Netto, Spar, Penny, Bakery). There is also a local market nearby twice a week. The nearest bus stop is August-Hinrich-Straße, just a 5 minute walk away. The inner city is a 12 minute bus journey and the main train station is 15 minutes journey.
Ich heiße Maria, bin 26 Jahre alt und vorherigen Mitbewohnern zufolge "eine freundliche und respektvolle Mitbewohnerin mit der du sicher den ein oder anderen Abend verbringen kannst, die dir aber auch gerne deine Privatsphäre lässt" - das fasst es schonmal gut zusammen. Ansonsten singe ich gerne und viel, du musst also eine gewisse Begeisterung oder zumindest Toleranz für Musik mitbringen, und für tiefschürfende Gespräche über Gott und die Welt oder gute Serien bin ich immer zu haben. Was Haushaltsdinge betrifft, erwarte ich Sauberkeit, aber keinen Putzfimmel, und Selbstständigkeit (also z.b. wissen wie man was putzt).

Apart from that I like to sing, so a certain enthusiasm or at least tolerance for music on your part would be welcome, and I'm always up for deep conversations about god and the world or good tv-shows. When it comes to household stuff, I expect cleanliness, but not in a neurotic sense, and independence (as in knowing how to clean for example).
