Cute and cozy (which does not mean small :) ). Includes a really comfortable queen size bed, a desk and office chair, a spacious closet and some shelving, showered in sunlight all day (when there is sunlight in Bremen, of course :D). Facing the main street in a residential area, so there's usually lively noises outside.
About 5 minutes to Theater am Leibnizplatz (lines 4 and 6 - they will get you anywhere!) and to Gastfeldstrasse (lots of buses). Can quickly walk to the city center or Werdersee (even quicker on a bike) and there's lots of bars, food places and grocery stores in the area, AND there's lots of green spots/parks really close by
Students and (workings) recent graduates, pretty busy, super friendly (and always positive), faithful Bei Lino Thursday's pizza consumers (and hosts of weekly 'pizza nights' for usually international groups of friends).
The kitchen and the bathroom are kept clean and fully functional (and we have everything you would expect to see in a kitchen).
Easily accessible basement for storage, and quiet, friendly neighbors.
It's a great place to live - I'm only leaving because I'm travelling for a month.
