The Room is 16 m2 large and has a big double window going out to Hegelstraße, which is a very quiet street. It is the second largest room in the flat. The other rooms you can use are the corridor, the cosy kitchen, the bathroom with a bath tub, our balcony which goes out to the yard and our cellar where you can leave some stuff you don’t need in your room.
The flat is in Hegelstraße, it’s 5 min. from the tram 4 and 6 and the buses 26 &27 are 3 min. away. There are a lot of grocery shopping options like the nearby Rewe, Netto, Penny and Rossmann. There are also quite a few nice restaurants around, our favourite being the pizza parlour “Bei Lino” where you can get delicious Italian pizzas for 5 Euros every Thursday. So, obviously Thursday is our Pizza Day! Also close by are a few Turkish supermarkets and bakeries. Also, pretty close is the lake Werdersee and the Bremer Wallanlagen, both very green areas which are nice for walking, running, chilling and swimming (in summer).
From quiet, relaxing times to wild parties, you will enjoy all the times you spend in the apartment. If you want to share your time with Dimitry, Lennart and Nora, they will be more than glad to share some free time with you. Dimitry is a PhD student, Lennart is a Musician and a German sign language translator and Nora just finished her marine biology master.
Some of my best moments are the gaming nights, eating breakfast at the balcony, having a drink together in the kitchen, cooking and eating together, the Thursday pizza nights and many others.
I also enjoyed the calm, cosy and relaxed atmosphere. I always had the peace of mind I needed in this room.
