Ab sofort suche ich eine NACHMIETERIN (nur Frauen bitte!) für ein kleines WG-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss . Im kleines und helles Zimmer steht ein Bett, ein Tisch mit Stuhl, ein Nachtkästchen und eine art Liegesofa. Die separate Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet: Spüle, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr... also sofort für gemütliches beisammen sein bereit. In der Wohnung ist helles Laminat verlegt und Bad weiße Fliesen.

From now on I am looking for a flatmate for a small WG room.
The room is completely furnished with two beds a wardrobe, a desk (with a chair) a sofa and a night table.
As the room is in the attic, it's very bright and warm in winter.
Die Lage ist klasse! Die Linie 6 und 4 fahren 2 Gehminuten entfernt und es sind nur 2 Stationen bis zur Domseide/City Center oder ca. 10 min zum Bahnhof und 7 min. bis zum Flughafen.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu Fuß erreicht: Penny, Netto, Rewe, Rossmann und auch Apotheken, Restaurants, Cafes, Ärtze, Bäcker, Friseure, Solarien, Reformhaus ..... Außerdem ist man gleich an der Weser um joggen zu gehen oder am Werdersee.
The flat is located in Neustadt, 2 minutes by walking to the tram station "Theater am Leibnizplatz" where you can take easily trams N 4 and 6.
The flat is 6 minutes away by walking to Hochschule Bremen ,2 station to the Domseide/City Center,10 minutes to Bahnhof and 7 min to the Airport.
There are supermarkets near the flat: Penny, Netto and Rewe, Rossmann, so it's very comfortable to go and do your shopping :)
You will share the kitchen and the bathroom with another person, but the room is just for yourself. You will find enough space for your goodies in any case.
Kosten für dein Zimmer mit allem drum und dran: 265Euro. In den 265 Euro sind alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Müllabfuhr,...) enthalten.
Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller und es wird pro Waschgang vom Vermieter abgerechnet.
