Möblierte Zwischenmiete vom 1. August bis (voraussichtlich) 1. März
Liebe Leutz,
da ich, Toni, ab August ins Erasmus gehe, suche ich eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein Zimmer. Dieses ist 13 qm groß und geht nach Süden, ist also schön hell und sonnig. Meine Möbel lass ich alle da, du wirst also ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und Regale vorfinden. Natürlich werde ich dir so Platz machen für dein Zeugs, wie du es brauchst – wie genau klären wir am besten persönlich ;)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Bremer Neustadt und ist eher kompakt - ein kleiner Flur und eine Küche, in der man zu 4-5 gut sitzen kann. Dafür ist die Terrasse umso größer und bietet viel Platz für Gärtner*innenmabitionen oder einfach nur gemütlich rumhängen. Preis für das Zimmer inkl. Nebenkosten ist 280,- €.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen
Florian kann nichts wirklich, aber alles so ein bisschen – wäre ein guter Hausmeister - ist gerade bei der taz und an der Uni. Allergiker, Zyniker und Romantiker since 1993. Jacob und Rebecka haben beide was mit Geschichte am Hut (Rebecka im Master, Jacob als Doktorand), leben aber sonst schon eher in der Gegenwart. Jacob macht gerne Musik und hat vor Kurzem entdeckt, dass Bouldern Spaß macht, aber die Verletzungsgefahr größer als der Spaß ist. Rebecka wühlt gerne in der Erde, ist bei der Lucie aktiv und kocht sehr gerne (Flo und Jacob auch). Wir sind alle gerne zu Hause, aber auch gerne unterwegs – wäre schön, wenn wir hin und wieder nett zusammensitzen können. Alles andere ergibt sich.

Furnished intermediate rent from 1st of August 2018 until (presumably) 1st of march 2019
Hey everyone,
since I, Toni, am going to leave in August for a semester abroad I’m looking for a person for an intermediate rent of my room. It’s 13 sq m big and on the south side of the flat, so it’s very bright and sunny. I’m going to leave all my furniture here, so you’ll have a bed, a desk and shelves. Of course I will make space for your stuff in the way you need it – how exactly, we can still discuss personally ;)
The flat is in a very central position in a quarter called Neustadt. It has a small corridor and a kitchen with space for 4 – 5 persons to sit comfortably. The highlight is the big terrace, where you could live out your gardening (or other) ambitions or just hang out. The price for the room is 280,- € incl. Extra charges.
Your flatmates
Florian can’t do anything completely, but everything a little bit – he would be a good housekeeper – and is currently occupied with the taz (a newspaper) and the university. Allergy sufferer, cynic and romanticist since 1993. Jacob and Rebecka are both involved with history (Rebecka in her master studies and Jacob as a doctorand), but apart from that they rather live in the present. Jacob likes to do music and has discovered recently that bouldering is fun but too dangerous for him. Rebecka likes to dig in the earth, takes active part in an urban gardening project called “Die Lucie”, which is closeby. Further she loves to cook (Flo and Jacob as well). We all like to be at home and on the road equally – it would be nice if we could hang around from time to time all together. Everything else will happen by itself.
