Hallo Ihr lieben Menschen!
Da unser bisheriger Mitbewohner nach Berlin abwandert, suchen wir ab dem 15.09.2018 eine/n neue/n Nachmieter/in für unser Zimmer in unserer schönen WG in der vorderen Neustadt.
Die Miete ist zunächst als Zwischenmiete bis März 2019 angedacht (wir sind dabei aber flexibel und über alles Weitere können wir schnacken).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß und teilweise möbliert (Bett, kleiner Schrank, kleines Tischlein...).
Die WG an sich ist komplett eingerichtet - außerdem haben wir ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer (ca. 40 qm).
Alle anderen Räume sind auch recht groß und bieten Platz zum Sitzen und Verweilen (inklusive der Toilette...)

Hey dear people!
Our current flatmate is leaving for good to Berlin which is why we're looking for new company from the 15.09.2018 until March of next year (we're not too tied to a fixed ending-date and will sort everything later).
The room is partially furnished (bed, small cupboard, small table) and is approx. 16m² big.
The flat itself is completely furnished and offers a big kitchen, a balcony and a huge living room with enough of space to spread yourself out and make yourself at home.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen: in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Theater am Leibnitzplatz (hier fahren die 6 und die 4)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Park, Werdersee, Kiosk und Cafés sind alle nur einen Steinwurf entfernt (falls Du wirklich weit werfen kannst...) - schließlich ist das hier auch der schönste und belebteste Teil der Neustadt :)
Dein Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus, sodass Du vom Straßenlärm auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nichts mitbekommst.

The flat is situated close to the tram station Theater am Leibnitzplatz (from where lines 4 and 6 take you to the city and as far as the Uni) - the best part of the best part of the city - so to say TOP of the Pops.... haha
Super- and minimarkets, the park, the lake and cafés are so super close by that you will start complaining about everything else being further away than a five minute's walk.
Your window points to the backyard which makes your room quite even if opened.
Du würdest mit Leefje und Ricardo zusammenwohnen.
Leefje ist Illustratorin und arbeitet in der Bremer Kulturszene.
Ricardo kann leider nicht zeichnen und muss daher irgendwas mit Jura machen...
Beide, also wir, möchten keine Zweck-WG, sondern haben Spaß daran, zusammen rumzuhängen, zu kochen, Leute einzuladen und ab und zu zusammen zu feiern.
Für gelegentliche Filmabende kramen wir den Billigbeamer mit der viel zu lauten Lüftung vor und holen uns Pizza von Bei Lino (Weltbester Pizzaladen)

Leefje is an illustrator and works in the culture scene of Bremen.
Ricardo, lacking any skills in the field of arts, has to work in an office...
Both - in other words: we - don't want to merely share the costs of living but actually want to live together. We enjoy spending time with one another, cooking, inviting friends over and going out from time to time.
We even have an old and OK-functioning pocket-beamer for occasional movie nights that are supported by our local pizza-dealer.
Falls Du bis hierher gelesen und Interesse hast, dann schreib uns gern eine Nachricht mit dem Betreff: "Zuckerwatte ist ein vollwertiges Nahrungsmittel" - damit zeigst Du uns, dass Du kein Roboter bist :D
Kennlerntermine versuchen wir dann spontan hinzukriegen.
