Mein 15 qm2 großes Zimmer wird zum 01.03 frei.
Die Miete beträgt 320 Euro warm. Hinzu kommen dann noch ca. 20 Euro für den Strom und ca. 10 Euro für Internet.
Das Wohnung ist sehr hell und gut geschnitten.
Ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht...Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne und natürlich auch ein Balkon.

My 15 square meter room will be available from 01th of March.
Cost is around 320 (room + warm warter). Additionally, you will have to pay another 20 Euros for Electricty and 10 for Internet.
The shared flat itself is very bright and shaped well. Basically, everything you need is already there…Ofen, dish-washer, washingmashine, tub and of course…a balcony 😊.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Binnen drei Gehminuten bist du bei der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Von da sind es dann noch 10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt (Linie 8 oder 1). Die Hochschule liegt ebenfalls auf dem weg. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind viele kleine Geschäfte, Dönerläden, kioske, Friseure,... Wenn der Einkauf etwas größer werden soll, dann am besten ab zu REAL oder zum Baumarkt (beides gleich um die Ecke).
Wenn du gerne mit dem Auto unterwegs bist, ist die Wohnung perfekt, da man hier immer gut nen Parkplatz findet.

Located near the city center, you can reach the tram (intercity railway-connection) within 3 minutes (walking distance). In case you become hungry, just walk to one of the supermarkets…or have a small snack.
In case you like to drive a lot, you will find it very convenient to have many parking lots right in front of the house.
Wir gucken mal zusammen Netflix, gehen übern Markt oder klönen einfach. Alles kann, kein muss. Wenn du die goldene Mitte zwischen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen - Aktionen auf eigene Faust suchst, bist du hier genau richtig.
Beim Thema kochen sind wir uns auch einig. Bin selber bekennender Fleischfresser, eine Mitbewohnerin ist Vegetarierin und die Andere ernährt sich ausgewogen. Gemeinsam Kochen ist dennoch kein Problem :).
Current schedule in the flat
Sometimes we watch movies together, have a chat or just take up the local events. You can join, but you don’t have to. In case you are looking for a balance between going out and discovering by yourself, you’ll feel very comfortable here. Despite one of the girls being vegetarian, cooking together has never been an issue.
Du suchst noch nach Freizeitideen? Wie wärs damit:
- Cinemaxx Bremen geht immer...Ticket kostet 6 Euro (egal welche Vorstellung).
- Brett- und Kartenspielszene ist in Bremen aktiv ("Highlander")
Wenn du noch einen sportlichen Ausgleich suchst, dann nutz doch einfach das Fitnesscenter in der Nähe oder geh zum Martial Arts Training.
