On April 1 2020, I will be moving to a student dorm and will unfortunately have to leave the flatshare. The room is 17 square meters, and will be furnished since I will be leaving all my furniture for a fee of 400 euros. It is very spacious even with the current furniture. The total rent is 356 euros, and this already includes electricity, heating, internet, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and oven. There is also storage space in the basement, where you can also store your bike.
For students, it is conveniently located in Neustadt, close to the Hochschule, and is one tram ride away from the University of Bremen. It only takes a few minutes to get to the flat from the city center or the Hauptbahnhof. There are several supermarkets like Edeka or Penny within walking distance.
I am currently sharing the flat with Abhi and Sushant, who are both from India. Abhi is a software engineer, while Sushant recently finished his studies and is currently looking for a job. If we have time we like to hang out, but of course after a long day, each of us can also peacefully retreat to our rooms to relax or work. The flatshare life is very relaxed.

Upon confirmation, I will send my bank details so you can send the fee for the furniture (400 eur) and the first rent (341 eur), and we can arrange the contract.
