Zimmer (+Balkon!) in der Korn-WG!!

Das Haus liegt in bester Lage in der Kornstraße. Es wäre kürzer aufzuzählen was es in der näheren Umgebung nicht gibt, denn die Neustadt lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

Der Werdersee sind es circa 500 m und vom Balkon aus schon fast zu sehen. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Combi, mehrerer Kioske, Bäckereien, Cafés und Kneipen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein günstiger türkischer Supermarkt (Özbim Center) ist direkt gegenüber mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Auch ein ALECO Biomarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad 2 min entfernt. Wer sich dann auch noch Umwelt- und Tier bewusst die Haare schneiden möchte, hat den Veganen und Fair Hair Friseur (Vair) in einem Katzensprung erreicht und kann im 4 min entfernten Unverpacktladen (Füllkorn) den Leinsamen bestand wieder auffüllen.

The house is located in a prime location in Kornstraße. It would be shorter to list what there is not in the immediate vicinity, because the new town leaves little to be desired.

The Werdersee is about 500 m away and you can almost see it from the balcony. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Combi, several kiosks, bakeries, cafes and pubs are within walking distance. A cheap Turkish supermarket (Özbim Center) is directly opposite with fresh fruits and vegetables. Also an ALECO organic market is 2 min away by bike. If you want to cut your hair in an environmentally and animal conscious way, the vegan and fair hairdresser (Vair) is just a stone's throw away and you can replenish your flaxseed supply in the unpacked store (Füllkorn) 4 minutes away.

Da wir erst seit kurzem alle hier wohnen (Nuegründung Oktober '21) ist vieles für uns auch noch neu ;). Deshalb probieren wir noch vieles aus, was für uns alle am besten passt, mit neuen Ideen kommen und wieder verwerfen. Das wichtigste ist, dass sich jede Person Zuhause und akzeptiert und wohlfühlt, sich einbringen kann, offen für andere Meinungen und Lebensstile ist und Lust hat aktiv am WG Geschehen und so mitmachen. Natürlich kannst du auch jederzeit in Ruhe deine Privatsphäre genießen. Ein nettes Miteinander!
Auch wenn wir erst seit kurzer Zeit zusammen wohnen und sich alles noch etwas einspielen muss, hat sich schon ein bisschen WG-Leben etabliert, wie die morgendliche Weckrunde, spontane Ausflüge zu ebay-Kleinanzeigen-Menschen oder gemeinsames Einkaufen und Kochen. Bei 8 Leuten musst du außerdem nie Angst haben, alleine zuhause zu sein oder dich zu langweilen :D

Isi (27), skifahrende Kletterenthusiastin verlässt uns leider..

Esther (24) hat erfolgreich ihren Bachelor in Bio gemacht (wir sind alle sehr stolz) und überlegt was sie nun in der Zukunft machen möchte. Sie liebt alles, was mit dem Meer zu tun hat, ganz besonders Haie und Wale. Auch ihre freie Zeit verbringt sie meistens am, im oder auf dem Wasser. Wenn nicht gerade Corona ist, reist Esther mit ihrem Rucksack normalerweise viel rum und pflegt stets ihre Freundschaften auf der ganzen Welt. In Bremen ist sie für spontane Container-Aktionen, Longboard-Touren oder Eis-Essen-Gehen immer zu haben. Esther verbreitet immer gute Laune und lacht sehr viel, wenn der Tag lang ist.

Finn (22) ist Pfadfinder und gerne in der Natur unterwegs. An der Uni studiert er Kulturwissenschaften und Geographie. Finn ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, macht gerne Musik und will unbedingt ein Musikzimmer im Keller einrichten. Außerdem hat er 8 Jahre lang in Chile gelebt und spricht daher fließend spanisch (falls du also Hilfe beim Spanisch-lernen brauchst, kannst du dich an ihn wenden).

Roberta (21) ist sehr gerne unter Menschen und politisch aktiv. Nebenbei studiert sie Politikwissenschaft an der Uni. Ihren grünen Daumen hat sie im ersten Lockdown entdeckt und die bisherige WG mit Tomaten, Gurken und Paprika versorgt und ihre ganze Liebe dort reingesteckt. Sie verbringt ihre Zeit gerne an der frischen Luft und im Grünen, beim Volleyball Spielen oder am Werdersee. Abends geht sie gerne mal in Kneipen ein Bierchen mit Freund*innen trinken oder cornert gerne mit einer Limo.

Yunus (26) ist ganz neu in Bremen und fängt jetzt seinen berufsbegleitenden Master in Architektur an. Er interessiert sich für Kaffee& Tee, ökologisches Bauen, Musik schwerpunktmäßig aus den 60er und 70er Jahren, Nachhaltigkeitsthemen, Fahrräder, Kunst und Permakultur. Wichtig im Zusammenleben sind ihm Rücksicht, Empathie und eine gute Kommunikation.

Rosi (24) hat es aus Koblenz in den Norden verschlagen. Sie hat gerade ihre Bachelor-Arbeit in Kulturwissenschaften beendet und fängt jetzt ihren Master in Transnationale Literaturwissenschaft an. Sie interessiert sich für Politik, Kunst, Theater, Bücher, Filme und so den ganzen kreativen Kram. Rosi kann sich für viele Dinge begeistern und verbringt gerne Zeit in der WG in allen möglichen Surroundings. Außerdem findet sie Feminismus sehr wichtig.

Tini (23) hat nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Erzieherin nochmal Lust aufs Studi-Leben und beginnt jetzt Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaften und Kulturwissenschaften an der Uni. Sie versorgt die WG mit jeder Menge Pflanzen und Lichterketten und ist mega motiviert, das WG-Leben mitzugestalten. Für eine gemeinsame, abendliche Kochsession ist Tini fast immer zu haben.

Joe (22) kommt aus Erdingen und ist seit einem halben Jahr in Bremen. Er klettert gerne in Kletterhallen, ist Daniel Düsentrieb und beginnt zum Sommersemester sein Studium an!! Wir freuen uns sehr!! Joe spricht fließend bayrisch und wir verstehen ihn nur selten.

Wir alle achten auf ein gutes Miteinander und jegliche Diskriminierung wird hier nicht akzeptiert.

Since we all live here only recently (Nuegründung October '21) is much for us also still new ;). Therefore, we are still trying out many things, what fits best for all of us, come up with new ideas and discard them again. The most important thing is that each person feels at home and accepted and comfortable, can contribute, is open to other opinions and lifestyles and has a desire to actively participate in the WG happening and so. Of course, you can also enjoy your privacy at any time. A nice togetherness!
Even though we've only been living together for a short time and everything still has to settle in a bit, a bit of WG life has already established itself, such as the morning wake-up round, spontaneous trips to ebay classifieds people or shopping and cooking together. With 8 people, you also never have to worry about being home alone or getting bored :D

Isi (27), skiing climbing enthusiast is unfortunately leaving us.

Esther (24) has successfully finished her Bachelor in Bio (we are all very proud) and is now thinking about what she wants to do in the future. She loves everything that has to do with the sea, especially sharks and whales. She also spends most of her free time at, in or on the water. When it's not Corona, Esther usually travels around a lot with her backpack and always cultivates her friendships all over the world. In Bremen she is always available for spontaneous container actions, longboard tours or going for ice cream. Esther is always in a good mood and laughs a lot when the day is long.

Finn (22) is a boy scout and enjoys being out in nature. At university he studies cultural studies and geography. Finn is up for any kind of fun, likes to make music and definitely wants to set up a music room in the basement. He also lived in Chile for 8 years, so he speaks Spanish fluently (so if you need help learning Spanish, you can contact him).

Roberta (21) likes to be around people and is politically active. She is also studying political science at university. She discovered her green thumb in the first lockdown and provided the previous shared apartment with tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and put all her love into it. She likes to spend her time in the fresh air and in the green, playing volleyball or at the Werdersee. In the evenings she likes to go to pubs and have a beer with friends or corn with a soda.

Yunus (26) is brand new in Bremen and is now starting his part-time master's degree in architecture. He is interested in coffee and tea, ecological building, music from the 60s and 70s, sustainability issues, bicycles, art and permaculture. Important to him in living together are consideration, empathy and good communication.

Rosi (24) has made it from Koblenz to the north. She has just finished her Bachelor's thesis in Cultural Studies and is now starting her Master's in Transnational Literary Studies. She is interested in politics, art, theater, books, movies and all that creative stuff. Rosi is passionate about many things and likes to spend time in the WG in all kinds of surrounds. She also thinks feminism is very important.

Tini (23), after her training as a kindergarten teacher, is in the mood for the student life again and is now starting communication and media studies and cultural studies at the university. She supplies the flat-sharing community with lots of plants and fairy lights and is mega motivated to help shape the life of the flat-sharing community. Tini is almost always available for an evening cooking session together.

Joe (22) comes from Erdingen and has been in Bremen for six months. He likes to climb in climbing gyms, is Daniel Düsentrieb and starts his studies in the summer semester!!! We are very happy!!! Joe speaks fluent Bavarian and we rarely understand him.

We all pay attention to a good coexistence and any discrimination is not accepted here.
