My name is Tatiana. I currently have a flat in Neustadt and live with a flatmate from Bremen. My room is furnished and some of the furniture is for sale if you are interested.
Our flat is on the 3rd floor, has two large rooms (the bedrooms), a balcony from the kitchen, a garden in the back, and a smaller side wohnzimmer, as well as a keller and dryer. The full flat is ca. 60qm @ 625eur/mo Kalt; 1-room is 315eur/mo.
There are two rooms, both of which are available as of October 1st. They are 16qm; one faces the street and the other faces the garden.
My room is 16m2 with lovely windows facing the street. It's really pretty at the moment because it feels like a jungle since the trees are full with their summer leaves. the windows are new and insulated so no sound problems. The room itself is very insulated so you never hear anything from the other room.
I am also making some pieces of furniture available for sale:
Bed and Matress- both from IKEA
Desk and monitor stand- custom built and mounted on wall
Couch in the mini-Wohnzimmer- custom cut for the dimensions of the space
Geschirrspueler- small restaurant quality installed in the kitchen
