Es erhält viel Sonnenlicht am Morgen und ist mit einem schönen Balkon verbunden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und dekoriert, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. Es gibt eine Kaution für die Möbel von 200 Euro und eine weitere für den Vermieter von 490 Euro. Beides wird nach Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses zurückerstattet.
Es wäre toll, wenn Sie Pflanzen mögen und sich um sie kümmern können, während Franziska weg ist.

A fully furnished room of 21 m² is available for rent from December 1, 2022 to September 31, 2023.
It receives lots of sunlight in the morning and is connected to a nice balcony.
The room is furnished and decorated as you can see in the pictures. There is a deposit for the furniture of 200 euros, and another for the landlord of 490. Both will be returned once the rental period is over.
It would be great if you like plants and can take care of them while Franziska is away.
Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Wedersee entfernt, 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle Am Dammacker und in der Nähe von Ldl, Aldi, Combi und Rewe. In 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder der tram erreichen Sie das Zentrum.

The apartment is located a few meters from the Wedersee, a 5-minute walk to the Am Dammacker bus stop, and close to Ldl, Aldi, Combi, and Rewe. In 15 minutes by bike or tram you reach the center.
Sie werden drei Mitbewohner haben: Iryna (25), Elisa (31) und Manual (24). Iryna arbeitet tagsüber und kommt normalerweise abends zurück. Elisa wohnt nur die Hälfte der Woche bei uns, die andere Hälfte ist sie weg. Und Manuel studiert an der Universität. Wir führen alle ein eigenständiges Leben, aber gute Begegnungen und lange Gespräche finden oft in der Küche statt. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns ist etwas, womit ich mich immer gut gefühlt habe.

You will have three flatmates: Iryna (25), Elisa (31), and Manual (24). Iryna works during the day and usually comes back in the evening. Elisa lives only half the week with us, the other half she is away. And Manuel studies at the University. We all have independent lives, but some good meetings and long conversations often take place in the kitchen. The communication between us is something I have always felt good about.
