Die WG liegt in der Neustadt, Ecke Hegel/Kornstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden, wie Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Füllkorn (Unverpacktladen) und natürlich auch schöne Cafes und Bars. Sehr nah gelegen ist auch der Hochschulpark und der Werdersee.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichst du in 3 Minuten Fußweg (Tram 4&6 + Busse).

ENGLISH:
The flat is located in Neustadt, close to the Hegelstr/Kornstr intersection. There are a bunch of grocery stores like Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Füllkorn (unpacked products) and also nice pubs and cafes nearby. Very close is also the Hochschulpark and the Werdersee.
Public transport is within 3 minutes walk (trams 4&6 + buses).

Wir hängen sehr häufig in der Küche und auf unserem geliebten Balkon rum, auf den bis in den Nachmittag hinein die Sonne scheint - wenn sie denn scheint. Vom Balkon aus hast du über ein paar Treppen auch direkten Zugang in den innen Hof.

Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch und liebevoll. Der internationale Austausch bringt uns schöne und vor allem auch lustige Momente, in denen wir viel voneinander lernen. Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, waren im Sommer zusammen in Ungarn auf der Ozora, sind gerne zusammen unterwegs oder chillen zusammen. Bei gutem Wetter kommt es oft vor, dass wir spontan zum Werdersee fahren um dort zu schwimmen und chillen.
Wir habe liebevolle und fürsorgliche WG Atmosphäre. Da wir über die Zeit gute Freund*innen geworden sind, verbringen wir viel Zeit miteinander, geben uns aber auch genug individuellen Platz.
Wir führen oft tiefe Gespräche über das Leben, Politik und Welt im Allgemeinen (in Englisch).
Wir verstehen und respektieren unsere Sensibilitäten, haben trotzdem einen intensiven Humor :D
Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich jede* von uns Zuhause fühlt, Sachen wie deine Freund*innen einzuladen und deinen personal space zu haben, sind Selbstverständlichkeiten.

Wir haben keinen Putzplan, aber jede* von uns fühlt die Verantwortung, welche die Wohnung immer sauber hält. Wenn es bezüglich der Wohnung etwas zu diskutieren oder anzubieten gibt, sprechen wir offen darüber und teilen uns unsere Meinungen mit.

Das sind wir: Wir sind Amed (30), Erdost (28) und Marie (23, sie/ihr). Wir sind Studierende und Arbeitende Menschen, die gerne kochen und essen und sich vegetarisch und vegan ernähren. Musik und Kunst spielt eine große Rolle in unseren Leben (Amed wird dich immer mit den coolsten Tracks auf dem laufenden halten, Erdost mit den witzigsten Memes und Marie mit ihrer Kunst). Wir sind alle offene und herzliche Menschen und haben Lust auf ein schönes miteinander leben.

Obaidah verlässt nach einer langen Zeit, leider unsere WG, da er nach Berlin zieht um dort weiter zu studieren. Trotzdem freuen wir uns natürlich für ihn :)
Da Obaidah wegzieht, wird Marie sich um die Kunst und die Dekoration kümmern und würde sich über eine Person freuen, die sie dabei unterstützen kann.

Wir werden natürlich mit keiner Person zusammen leben, die jegliche Art der Diskrimination befürwortet.


ENGLISH:
The kitchen serves as the main inside hang-out spot and also our really lovely balcony with sunny hours till the afternoon – if the sun is shining. From the balcony, you have also access with stairs leading down to a backyard.

It‘s a very harmonic and caring WG life. There is a nice and funny intercultural exchange in the flat that we learn a lot from each other. We are spending a lot of time with each other, like we just went to Ozora Festival together *_*
We love to go out, or just chill together. It is very likely that we spontaneously go to Werdersee to swim, drink or chill when the weather is warm and sunny.
We can define ourselves as WG who loves and cares for each other. We are spending a lot of time and giving each other enough space after our friendship relationship developed naturally without any pressure.
We also have deep conversations and talk about life, politics, and the world. (mainly in English)
Along with understanding and respecting each other sensitivities, there is an intense humor language at home xD
One of the most important points for us is that everyone feels like home. Such as hosting your friends whenever you want or having your personal space.
We do not have a cleaning plan but somehow everyone feels the responsibility that keeps the flat clean. When there is something to discuss or offer about the flat, we have open communication and share our opinions.


This is us: We are Amed (30), Erdost (28), and Marie (23, she/her Pronouns). We are a mix of students and working people, who love to cook and eat vegetarian and vegan food. Music and Art are playing a big role in our life (Amed will always show you really cool tracks, Erdost will show you the funniest memes and Marie will show you her art). We are open-minded people and looking for a person who will fit into our vibe.


Unfortunately, Obaidah, our friend with whom we lived a long time, is moving to Berlin to continue his education. But we are still happy for him! :)
With Obaidah´s departure, it seems that Marie will take on the art burden at home, either alone or with the help of the newcomer.

Certainly, we don´t want to share the flat with anyone with ANY discriminatory mindset.

The rent is probably getting more, due to the current gas situation.
