Für unsere kleine, gemütliche Gemeinschaft suchen wir, Lukas m/28 und Tina f/60, eine lebensfrohe Person.
Das Zimmer wird dir wahlweise mit einem 4*4 Fächerregal und einem Bettgestell für eine 90-cm-Matratze gestellt.
Aus dem Zimmer heraus hast du relativ blickgeschützt die Sicht auf einen Innenhof und Baum.
Im zweiten OG liegen die Zimmer von Tina und Lukas und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Im 3. OG liegt die ca. 35 qm große Wohnküche und eine 15 qm große Dachterasse mit Blick in den Innenhof.
Das 10 qm große Zimmer liegt im 2. OG (Obergeschoss) eines sanierten Altbauhauses in der Neustadt, nahe des Neustadt-Friedhofs.
Es sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV (Nahverkehr) fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar.
Wichtig ist uns, dass du ein bisschen Ruhe mitbringst und dich gerne mal auf einen Kaffee oder Bierchen unterhälst.
Aber auch ein Zurückziehen ist kein Problem, für uns ist Privatsphäre wichtig.
Rauchen in der Wohküche und der Terasse erlaubt. Im Zimmer nicht so oft.
