Ab Januar ziehe ich aus Bremen weg, aber da es eine sehr plötzliche Entscheidung war, vermiete ich mein Zimmer bis Ende Februar. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und wird inklusive allem (Strom, Heizung, Miete, Internet usw.) vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß und blickt auf die Straße. Obwohl es an den Wochenenden etwas laut sein kann, ist es im Allgemeinen ruhig. Das Zimmer hat ein Hochbett in der Art von einem Loft was wie eine zweite Etage im Zimmer funktioniert und da gibt es ein Doppelbett sowie Platz für einige weitere Gegenstände. Außerdem gibt es im Zimmer ein großes L-Sofa, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, einen Schrank, Regale usw. Ich möchte, dass meine Platten, die an den Wänden hängen, vorerst bleiben, aber ich denke nicht, dass das ein Problem sein wird. Mein Fahrrad werde ich mitnehmen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus und hat hohe Decken. Natürlich werde ich das Zimmer von meinen persönlichen Sachen befreien, bevor du es übernimmst :)

As of January, I am moving out of Bremen, but since it was a very sudden decision, I am renting out my room until the end of February. The room is fully furnished and will be rented out including everything (electricity, heating, rent, internet, etc.).
The room is 13 square meters in size and faces the street. Although it can be a bit noisy on weekends, it is generally quiet. The room has kind of a loft which functions like second floor, and there is a double bed and space for a few more items. Additionally, in the room, there is a large L-shaped sofa, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, shelves, etc. I would like my records that are on the walls to stay for the time being, but I don’t think that will be a problem. I will be taking my bicycle with me.
The room is on the first floor of an old building and has high ceilings. Of course, I will clear the room of my personal belongings before you take it over :)

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße direkt im Herzen des Viertels, im Zentrum von Bremen. Die Straßenbahnen 2, 3 und 10 sind innerhalb von 30 Sekunden erreichbar, und die Straßenbahnen 1 und 4 sind innerhalb von 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es einen Rewe in 30 Sekunden Entfernung, sowie einen Penny, Netto und Alnatura in wenigen Gehminuten. Zusätzlich kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Osterdeich, also dem Flussufer, gelangen. Zudem bietet das Viertel sowohl in Bezug auf das Nachtleben als auch auf die Tagesaktivitäten eine der vielfältigsten Möglichkeiten in Bremen.

The location of the house is perfect. It is situated in a side street right in the heart of the Viertel, in the center of Bremen. The trams number 2, 3, and 10 can be reached within 30 seconds, and the trams number 1 and 4 are within an 8-minute walk. Additionally, there is a Rewe supermarket just 30 seconds away, and a Penny, Netto, and Alnatura are just a few minutes' walk away. Furthermore, the Osterdeich, which is the riverbank, can be reached within 5 minutes. The Viertel also offers one of the most diverse options in Bremen, both in terms of nightlife and daytime activities.

Im Haus wirst du hauptsächlich mit Baran und Enis zusammenleben. Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es auch ein Zimmer von Ayhan, aber ich kann fast sagen, dass Ayhan nicht wirklich im Haus wohnt. Derzeit wohnt Berker in diesem Zimmer, aber auch er zieht aus.
Baran ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Biologie an der Universität. Enis ist 21 Jahre alt und besucht einen Deutschkurs.
Im Haus hast du die Möglichkeit, Türkisch, Englisch und Deutsch zu sprechen :)
Ach ja, und außerdem wohnt unsere Vermieterin Elsa im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist eine sehr süße und umgängliche Person.

In the house, you will mostly be living with Baran and Enis. On the upper floor, there is also a room belonging to Ayhan, but I can almost say that Ayhan does not really live in the house. Currently, Berker is living in this room, but he is also moving out.
Baran is 23 years old and is studying Biology at the university. Enis is 21 years old and is attending a German language course.
In the house, you have the opportunity to speak Turkish, English, and German :)
Oh, and additionally, our landlord Elsa lives on the ground floor. She is a very sweet and easy-going person.

Wenn du an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, schreib mir eine Nachricht und erzähle mir ein wenig über dich, was du machst, womit du beschäftigt bist usw... Deine Nachricht muss nicht sehr lang sein und deine Lebensgeschichte erzählen. Eine Copy-Paste-Nachricht ist auch in Ordnung, kein Problem :)
Ich werde vom 12. bis 19. Dezember in der Türkei sein, aber in dieser Zeit können wir uns online unterhalten, und falls nötig können dir die Mitbewohner das Zimmer zeigen.
In dem oben genannten Preis sind Strom, Heizung, die Miete des Zimmers, Internet usw. alles inklusive.
Für den Monat Januar möchte ich 340€ und für Februar 250€, also insgesamt 590€.
Du wirst die Kaution von 100€ zurückbekommen, wenn du ausziehst.
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet, du brauchst nur deinen Koffer zu packen und zu kommen :)
