Hallo, ich bin Mauricio und werde in meiner Heimat Mexiko 7 Wochen verbringen, ich stelle deswegen mein Zimmer euch während dieser Zeit zur Verfügung
17 m2 gross, Ausgestattet mit Bett, Couch, 3 Komoden mit vielen Schubladen, Grossen Schrank für Klamotten, einen Arbeitstisch und einen Nachttisch, eine Stereo Anlage, Hell, Sauber, ohne Schimmel. Fernseher (ohne Antenne, nur für meinen XBOX 360 und Bluray-player, die due während des aufenthalts benutzen darfst), Waschmaschine, Külhschrank
Es wird nur ein Mal für den ganzen Aufenthalt bezahlt, das heisst, du bezahlst per überweisung 800 Euro für 45 Tage, 300 davon sind nur Kaution, die bekommst du am Ende des Aufenthalts zurück.

Hi! I am Mauricio and will spend 7 weeks in Mexico and that's why I am offering my room for rental during those weeks.
17 m2 room with Bed, Couch, 3 Cabinets with drawers, Big closet for clothes, 1 worktable, 1 small bureau, 1 Stereo, well lit, clean, no mold or any problems. TV with my xbox 360 and my bluray player you can use :-), there's a dish machine and a fridge.
Du would pay 800 euro one per money transfer and at the end of your stay you would get 300 euro back. Please leave a message if I don't answer on the phone.

wg ist sehr zentrisch in der St. Pauli str. gelegen, in 2 Minuten bist du am Weser oder am Ostertor steinweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe und die Linien 2, 3 und 10 sind in 30 sekunden zu Fuss erreichbar
the apparatment ist very centric in the St. Pauli street, in 2 minutes by foot you reach the Weser river or the Popular street (Ostertor steinweg). You can get to all stores and the trainlines 2, 3 and 10 withing seconds.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG, Mein Mitbewohner ist Kolombianer, Es werden 3 sprachen gesprochen und das leben ist unkompliziert, keine laute Parties am Abend, die WG ist für nicht raucher. Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr Freundlich und bei Fragen wird er euch zur Verfügung stehen.
The appartment is for 2 people, (my roommate is colombian) and we are very friendly. Life isn't complicated, there are no late night parties or anything stressful and the place is for non-smokers. My roommate is very friendly and will help you out if in need.
Dazu gibt es eine komplette Kuche mit Kühlschrank, einen Keller, Nachbarn sind alle ruhig und freundlich. Bei Fragen, bitte fragen! :)
