hallo ihr suchenden,
da ich in den süden ziehe wird mein zimmer im wiederhof, ostertorviertel spätestens zum 01.märz frei!!!
das zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, hat hohe decken und ist zum hinterhof raus, dh. dadurch auch recht hell.
da ich viel arbeite bitte nur in den zeiten anrufen: 14-15uhr und 18-20uhr!!
auf sms und mails antworte ich nicht!!!!

die lage der wohnung ist super, einmal um die ecke und dubist am ostertorsteinweg,kneipen, kinos, und einkaufsmöglichkeien alles nicht mehr als 5min. zu fuß entfernt und den deich hast du auch gleich um die ecke.
ich wohne in einer 6 wg+ 1 kind (12 jahre) , wir sind alle von 23-34 jahre alt, stundierende, auszubildende und arbeitende.da wir alle so unterschiedliche tagesabläufe haben kommt es nur selten vor, dass wir was zusammen unternehmen, aber potenzial ist generell da!
mit der zimmerüberhahme ist auch mein hochbett zu erwerben, waseine höhe von 1,80m und liegefläche von 1,60x 2,00m hat.
also ich freu mich über interessierte menschen ;-)
