Vom 01.04. - 31.06. (der Zeitraum kann ggf. variieren) wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe, bestehend aus Gesa, Vici, Paulina, Sönke, Gamal und Dennis; Berufstätige und Studierende gemischt.
Das Zimmer ist mit Fischgrätendielen ausgelegt und liegt zur Sonnenseite. Durch den direkten Blick auf die Sielwallkreuzung bekommt man immer mit, was so los ist - das kann allerdings auch mal etwas lauter sein.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Kaution beträgt 500€. Über die sich im Zimmer befindlichen Möbel und deren Anordnung lässt sich aber definitiv reden.
The room is available from the 1st of April until the 31st of June (the move in/out date could be a bit flexible). We are a group of colurfull mixed people, your potentinal flatemates are Gesa, Vici, Paulina, Sönke, Gamal and Dennis. Some of us work, some are students.
The direction of the room is towards the sunny side so you can wake up with it. You have a direct view to the Sielwallkreuzung, where is always something going on - but this could cause some noise.
There's furnite in the room which has to stay (most of it) but we can talk about details by time. The deposit is 500€.

Die WG befindet sich in einem Bremer Altbau direkt am "Eck" - für Leute aus Bremen ist das ein Begriff, für Auswärtige: du bist hier genau an der belebtesten Ecke! Das heißt: ganzes Haus voller WGs, es kann immer mal laut sein, keiner ruft die Bullen :) Eine Vielzahl von Bars und Clubs sind nur Minuten zu Fuß entfernt; eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle eine Minute weit weg. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Rewe, Biomarkt und 1-€-Laden sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Uni ist mit dem Rad 25 min, die Hochschule ca. 15 min von uns entfernt.
The WG is located in the very heart of Bremen's most lively district. There are bars, clubs and shops everywhere in our surrounding. You can walk to the main train station in about 15 min; if you go by bike, you can reach the University in about 25 min.

Für das Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig, dass man eben zusammen lebt :) und nicht nebeneinander her. Dazu wünschen wir uns ein grundlegendes Interesse und Verständnis füreinander. Im Vordergrund steht für uns ein solidarisches Miteinander, deshalb teilen wir unser Essen, bei Bedarf Klamotten, ertragen den beschissenen Musikgeschmack von Gesa, Vici, Paulina, Sönke, Gamal und Dennis und passen aufeinander auf :) Wie viel Zeit wir tatsächlich miteinander verbringen, hängt dann natürlich davon ab, was bei allen so los ist und wie der Wunsch nach „sich auch mal zurückziehen“ ist.
Der Hauptaufenthaltsraum ist die heiß geliebte Küche; hier ist immer irgendjemand zum Quatschen, Kochen, Chillen und Rauchen. Aber auch sonst sind wir viel miteinander unterwegs, und unternehmen gerne was, von interessanten Vorträgen über Konzerte über Cornern am Eck bis hin zu sinnstiftenden Besäufnissen :)
In our WG, it's crucial for us to actually *live together* :) not merely next to each other. Interest in each other, empathy, solidarity (we share our food) and spending parts of our free time together is important to us. We mostly meet in our beloved kitchen to talk, cook, chill and smoke. How much time we spend together depends of course on how busy we are and if we'd like to spend time by ourselves.
