Hallo zusammen! Da ich ein halbes Jahr im Ausland verbringen werden vermiete ich mein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG zur Zwischenmiete von Oktober bis Februar! Perfekt für einen Erasmusaufenthalt!
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, liegt zur Südseite und ist daher sehr hell. Couchecke mit Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale sowie TV sind vorhanden. Nur ein Bett müsstest du selbst mitbringen für ein vollständiges WG-Zimmer ;)
Zur Wohnung gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Außerdem ein geräumiges Duschbad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das WC plus Waschbecken ist in einem eigenen Raum untergebracht.

i will spent half a year abroad therefore i let my room in our 3person flat from october to february - perfect if you wanna spend your erasmus semester in Bremen!
The room has 20qm and goes to the southside so it is very bright. The room has a set of sofas and an armchair together with a couchtable, as well as a wardrobe, shelfs and a tv. You´d only need to bring a bed for a completed room ;)
The flat has a well equiped kitchen as well as a spacious showerbath with a washing machine and a dryer. The WC is in an extra room.
Die Wohnung liegt so zentral wie es nur geht im Ostertor-Viertel - eines der angesagtesten
Viertel Bremens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art (Penny, Rewe, Biomärkte uvm) sind in nichtmal 5 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Bahnlinien 2,3 fahren direkt vor der Tür und die 10 in 3 min Fußwegentfernung.
Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Somit ist die Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Bremen zu erkunden.
The flat is located very central in the Ostertor-Viertel - one of the hippest neighborhoods in Bremen.
Shopping facilities of all kinds are within 5 minutes walk.
Three different trams stop just in front of the door.
Bars and restaurants are also nearby. Therefore the flat is an ideal starting point for exploring Bremen.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin (23) hat ihr Studium im Kommunikationsdesign gerade beendet. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern trinken auch gerne mal Kaffee, Bier oder Wein zusammen. Genauso gut braucht aber natürlich jeder auch mal seine Ruhe.
Our flatmate (23) has just finished her studies in communication design. We like to have a coffee, beer or whine together but of course everyone also gets the calm time one needs.
Bei Ein- und Auszugsdatum kommt es auf ein paar Tage nicht an, können wir gerne flexibel besprechen.
