Für das Zimmer zum grünen Hinterhof suchen wir eine Person, die langfristig in unsere WG einziehen möchte. Zudem solltest du bereit sein als eine*r der drei Hauptmieter*innen in den Mietvertrag eingetragen zu werden.
Das Zimmer ist 11 m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die zu einem grünen Innenhof zeigen. Durch ein Fenster kann man direkt auf unseren Balkon klettern, den man sonst über die Küche erreicht. Die große Küche ist das Herzstück unserer WG mit Sofa, allen Küchensachen die man braucht, Wasch- und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel, 2 min. von der Haltestelle Sielwall entfernt (Tram 2,3 und 10). Alles, was das Herz begehrt, gibt es bei uns um die Ecke. Bier, Rollo, die Weser und Kneipen jede 20 Schritte, Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Penny,Rewe,Bäcker, Bioladen etc. max. 5 zu Fuß).
Die WG, die hier von Tobi zurück gelassen wird, besteht aus Janneke, Natascha und Eugenia und einer kleinen schwarzen Katze. Wir versuchen unser Zusammenleben so schön es geht miteinander zu gestalten. Dies besteht aus gemeinsamem Trinken, auf dem Sofa lümmeln, Kochen und generell schönen Dingen machen.

We’re looking for somebody who’d like to live in a small but cozy room, directed towards the beautiful backyard. You should be interested in staying for a long term period and you should agree with becoming one of the three main tenants.
We are offering you a cozy room (11m²). It's sunny due to two big windows directed to the green courtyard and our balcony. You reach the balcony through the kitchen, fully furnished and equipped + couch.
The flat is located in the Viertel, 2 minutes away from the tram-Station (Line 2,3,10). Everything you need is around: Beer, good food, bars and the Weser (river), also supermarkets (5 min. walking).
We (Janneke, Natascha and Eugenia) are looking for a propper alternative for Tobi, who is leaving us. It's important to us to find someone(m/f) who is not only interested in looking for a place to stay, but wants to have a good time with us. We are cooking, drinking and having a lazy time together, we are also interested in art, music etc. Big plus: we have a cat!
